These are details of corp value-up program announced by SK govt this mng.
1)SK provides guidelines for listed firms to publish their plans to improve corps value. In order for em to autonomically participate, Govt puts various incentive system like tax incentive on the table.
2)SK govt seeks to develop Korea value-up index for investors to use it as benchmark index and list EFT for investors. ( plan to develop value-up index in 3Q24 and list ETF in 4Q24 )
3)SK govt seeks to set up the special team to support corp value-up program in order to make corps continue to carry out corps value improvement.
4) SK govt sets 2nd round seminar to fix guidelines during H1.
