<US to impose sanctions on breakaway Ukraine regions after Putin recognition>
the White House announced the prohibition of US investment in or trade with the breakaway republics and potential sanctions against anyone operating within the Moscow-backed territories.
백악관은 우크라이나에서 독립한 2개의 자치국과 영토에 대한 미국의 무역/투자을 금지하고, 동 영토내에서 활동하는 사람들에 대해서도 제재할 것을 발표
일단 제재조치는 러시아가 독립을 승인한 돈바스지역 2개의 자치공화국에 한정된 상태, 추후 러시아에 대한 직접작 규제가 나올 가능성이 있지만(백악관은 추가 제재가 있을 것이라 발표한 상태) 일단은 지금은 러시아 직접 제재가 없기 때문에 주중 예정된 국무부장관 회의 성사 가능성은 있어보임
미국-러시아 국무부장관 회의의 지속여부에 대한 양국의 발표가 일단 시장 변동성을 잠시 줄여줄 것으로 기대해봄
