🌊📢 Sealence S.p.A. S.B. informa che in data 10 marzo 2022 ha avuto inizio il periodo di trenta giorni utile per la sottoscrizione in opzione ai soci del Prestito Obbligazionario Convertendo Safe deliberato dall’assemblea straordinaria della società il 17 febbraio scorso.
✍🏻 L’importo totale del prestito obbligazionario ammonta a 30 milioni di euro e durante il periodo di opzione possono investire esclusivamente gli attuali soci della SEALENCE ai quali, nella giornata di giovedì 10 marzo, è stata inviata tutta la relativa documentazione.
