Hi folks, we have seen some questions on our virtual queue so let's help clear up any confusion!
- Your ticket number does not show your place in the queue, so do not worry if you see a large number on your ticket, we promise there isn't 4000 people in front of you!
- At 3:30pm the ticket system will close to allow us to call as many people waiting in the queue, if your ticket is on hold after this time you will not be able to take it off to re enter the queue, so please rejoin before then.
- If you have an accessibility need please make yourself know to the stewards upon arrival so we assist you with your needs.

Den Virtual Queue Closing!
Afternoon folks! It has been an absolutely crazy year for the Dealers' Den with the virtual queue helping us to pass more people through the Den than ever before.
There are still even more of you waiting however, more than we will be able to get through the Den today. With that in mind we are closing for new tickets to enter the Den and will get through as many of the existing tickets as we can. We appreciate that not everyone in the queue currently will be able to attend the Den today and we can only apologise, but the demand this year has been absolutely unprecedented.
We will be asking for feedback on the virtual queue as part of our usual post-con survey and we would really appreciate your comments, good or bad, as we look to improve both the system and the explanations around it for next year.
Thanks everyone for helping our dealers to have such an amazing year and we hope you'll come back next year to support them even more.
