Den Virtual Queue Update!
Howdy friends! We didn't even tell you it was open yet but y'all were clearly waiting! Yes, the queue is having a bit of an issue on first deployment. The immediate fix is to bring yourself off the hotel WiFi and book your ticket, you can then rejoin hotel WiFi and the notifications will land normally.
Most people will be able to use the system and we strongly encourage you to do so, but if you are unable to use mobile data, we can issue you with a physical ticket - you can pick these up from Con Ops from 945am. You will then need to follow the channel t.me/scdenqueue to look for your ticket being called.
If you already have a ticket, you're good to go! We'll see you in the Den soon!

Sunday Traffic Along The Clyde
Heya everyone! There's a Rangers football match at the Ibrox Stadium tomorrow and as a result we expect a significant amount of pedestrian traffic along the footpath between the Crowne Plaza and Hilton Garden Inn along the Clyde over Sunday afternoon and early evening.
Please remember that we have a shuttle bus running between the two venue hotels which you can use if the pedestrian traffic is off-putting for you.

Hey everyone! Our colleagues at the Crowne Plaza have asked us to remind you all not to flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets. There have already been blockages requiring call outs to fix and this has an impact on our relationship with the venue.
For anything else you need to dispose of, there are chemical waste bins in the public bathrooms around the venue, and at the end of the bedroom corridors.
Please be sure to dispose of everything in the proper way. Thanks!

- Your ticket number does not show your place in the queue, so do not worry if you see a large number on your ticket, we promise there isn't 4000 people in front of you!
- At 3:30pm the ticket system will close to allow us to call as many people waiting in the queue, if your ticket is on hold after this time you will not be able to take it off to re enter the queue, so please rejoin before then.
- If you have an accessibility need please make yourself know to the stewards upon arrival so we assist you with your needs.
