Reminder: Get Your Fursuit Badges!
Hi friends! Don't forget to get your fursuit badges before registration closes on January 4th. Log into your account at https://reg.scotiacon.org.uk/ and click to edit your convention badge image - the option for fursuit badges is at the bottom of that page - click the + to add one.
If you order online before January 4th your first fursuit badge is free! After that, additional fursuit badges will be charged at £3 each. If you forget, they can be purchased at the convention at the ConOps desk (subject to availability) but the first will not be free.

Pitched An Event? Check Your Email!
Hey folks! Our Events team is rounding out their review process. If you pitched an event you will have had an accept or decline email. If accepted make sure you click the link in the email to confirm! If you've not heard from us, please contact our Events team at events@scotiacon.org.uk as soon as you can.
For those events that have been accepted, once you've confirmed via the link in the email, the Events team will be in touch in the days following to confirm a day, time, and location at the convention for your event.

Evening friends! Want to sell something in our Art Auction this year? Pre-registration for items is open at https://forms.fillout.com/t/57ezwNc7rCus right now! You can check out the Art Auction section on our website for more information, but we've got some of the important details below!
Pre-registration will close at midday on Feb 1st! If you miss this we also offer registration at the convention itself, but we highly recommend pre-registering as we can only guarantee space for pre-registered items. There is no limit on the number of items you can pre-register.

Hi all! Please remember you must show valid, in-date ID at onsite registration to attend our convention. It must be government issued or bear the holographic PASS logo and show your legal name, date of birth, and photograph. You will not be allowed to attend without this - don't forget!

Unlocked: Hotel Exclusivity on Thursday Evening!
A week from now many of you will already be with us. So many, in fact, that we can announce something that we've wanted to for ages!
We now have hotel exclusivity on Thursday evening!
What does this mean? Fursuiting will be allowed throughout the hotel from 3pm on Thursday!
We've always wanted to do that and it's thanks to so many of you opting for early arrival that we've been able to negotiate this with the hotel for 2025.

Arriving Soon: Your e-Ticket
Hi friends! This year we are sending everyone e-tickets ahead of the convention to speed up your registration experience at the convention. If you are attending, you will receive an email containing a QR code. Some mail clients will need you to click a confirmation to show this image!
You can either print this email or have it on your phone to scan when you arrive at registration. This will bring up all your details for us on our system to complete the registration process. Please note, this doesn't take the place of your ID, which we will still need to check!
The e-tickets are now being sent but there's a LOT of you, so we expect this to take about 48 hours to complete. If your friends receive one before you do, don't panic! If you haven't received anything by Tuesday, give our friendly Reg team a nudge at registration@scotiacon.org.uk for help.
Finally, if you arrive on site and realise that you haven't brought your e-ticket with you, don't worry! We can still check you in with just your ID, it will just take a little longer. Registration opens on Friday from 8am to 6pm in Castle 2 and 3. Outside of these hours, you can register at Con Ops any day of the convention from 8am to 8pm. See you there!
