Fursuiting Times
The hotel has asked us not to allow fursuiting in the restaurant, bar, and lobby areas prior to 2pm on Friday and not at all today or Thursday! However, those wishing to fursuit may exit the lifts on the Mezzanine and proceed immediately into the function space at the end of that level
Registration: Remember Your ID!!
You must bring valid ID to pick up your conbadge and pack. This must be valid, in date, show your photograph, your legal name, your date of birth, and match the data you used when registering. It must be government issued or bear to PASS holographic logo. Remember; No ID, No Con!
Registration: No eTicket / QR Code This Year
In some previous years, we've sent out eTickets or QR codes that you needed to bring with you to registration. We've opted to drop this requirement for 2024 to make the experience easier for attendees, so you will not receive any ticket or code to print and bring with you.

As per last year, for your safety only registered attendees will be allowed into the hotel and event space; there is no general entry to the bar or rooms. We will be badge checking at the entry to the hotel and no tickets are available for purchase on site.

We know you love stickers but please don't put them around the hotel or surrounding area. This can harm our relationship with the hotel and we'd like to stay here! Instead, bring them to the Dealers Den on Monday and use them in our Sticker Swap! We have banners for you to cover!

Artist Alley Announcement and Rules
Hi everyone! If you're interested in the Artist Alley this year we've got some important news below, please take your time to read the rules and understand them.
Artist Alley sign ups will open at con this year!
Please come along to the Conference Café on the Mezzanine floor between 11.30am and 12.30pm on Friday to sign up for a Saturday or Sunday table.
Spaces will be limited and will be first come first served.

Sunday: 10am – 4pm
Location: Conference Café
New for 2024, the Alley will be in the Conference Café; this allows greater space than ever before. Unfortunately we will be unable to offer power to Alley Tables this year.
On those days you can ask for assistance from our lovely staff and crew who will be suitably highlighted (they have sashes this year!)
