OPTION 1:
There are two main ways to withdraw MATIC directly from an exchange.
MXC : https://www.mxc.com/
Ascendex : https://ascendex.com/en/global-digital-asset-platform
Process :
Send assets to MXC or Ascendex. (Be smart, use tokens with cheap transfer fees)
Buy Matic with that assets you just transfered
Withdraw to your metamask wallet via 'MATIC Chain'


OPTION 2:
If you have assets in ETH chain, you can transfer your assets easily with Matic Web Wallet. It also gives some Matic to use for free as initial gas.
