“I’ve done borax bath for about 5 -6 days now. There was very little black specs in the tub when I drained it today. I did feel strong detox symptoms (herzheimer reaction) the third or fourth day. But subsided the following day.
👉🏻I increased the bath detox too…
3 cups of epson salt
2 cups of baking soda
1-2 cups of Borax (2 cups past three days)
👉🏻I suggest starting off with…
1-2 cups of epson salt
1 cup or less of baking soda
4-8 tablespoons of borax
And soak 20-40 minutes adding hot water as needed and see how you feel.
I’m going to give it a break for a couple days to let my body recover. Drink lots of water and I’m taking NAC, Moringa, Fulvic acid minerals.
I think the black specs are Aspergillus mold coming out of me, considering I used to be a mold remediator and after blood work with my doctor who specializes in functional medicine said I had high levels in my body and this was associated with my joint pain. But I do feel much better.
