As of today, we have deposited $2000 (0.02365796 BTC) in escrow with SFR10 so that your exchanges can proceed without any problems and you don't have to worry about your money.
How to create a dispute?
1. Create a public post under this post and write a DM to SFR10
2. In the post you create, provide all the information you have: the Letter of Guarantee for your transaction, the transaction TXID and information about whether you tried to contact support and what they wrote back to you. Also add any other information you think might be useful.
Additional information:
- Do not open a dispute immediately when your money has not arrived. First, make sure there are no delays and contact support.
- Wait for a response from support (we respond within 24 hours). If you have not received a response within 24 hours, you should open a dispute.
- Make sure you sent the money to the correct address and that you provided the correct address where your money should be sent.
- Remember that we sign the Letter of Guarantee with our PGP key, which is signed as “GUARANTEE” The "SUPPORT" key will not work.

Over the past few days, we have significantly strengthened our infrastructure.
We are now capable of handling a much higher number of simultaneous transactions without the risk of delays.
Thanks to these improvements, we’ve reduced the probability of transaction delays by approximately 70%, which is a very solid result.
Of course, this is not the end - we will continue to scale and reinforce our infrastructure even further.
In addition, many smaller and larger backend improvements have been deployed.
Most of these changes are not visible at first glance, but they noticeably improve stability, performance, and overall reliability.

In the near future, we are working on:
- Expanding available coin pairs
- Releasing the long awaited API for public use
We’ll be sharing more detailed information about the API and other upcoming changes very soon.
