Dear Volunteers,

We would like to take this initiative to invite volunteers to join us in making a difference through our Door-to-Door Outreach Campaign this October 2025. This initiative aims to raise awareness of SCS services and encourage residents living with cancer, as well as caregivers, to connect with our SCS Survivorship Centre in Woodlands.

We are looking for 40–50 passionate volunteers who are:
• Friendly, approachable, and confident in engaging residents
• Keen to contribute to a meaningful cause in the community

🗒 Campaign Details:

📍Location: Within a 500m radius of SCS Survivorship Centre, Woodlands
📅 Dates: 9, 10, 11, 13, 14, 19, 23, 24, 25 October 2025
🕘 Shift Times:
> Timeslot 1: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
> Timeslot 2: 6:30 PM – 9:30 PM
• Commitment: Volunteers can select their preferred dates and timeslots. We may adjust scheduling to ensure coverage, with at least four volunteers per shift.
• Support Provided: Volunteers will receive a full briefing, talking points, outreach materials, and refreshments at every shift.

Volunteer Role:
• Visit homes within the outreach area to share information about SCS and the Survivorship Centre
• Distribute educational materials and answer basic questions
• Encourage cancer patients and caregivers to engage with SCS (no personal data collection required)

We’re looking for support to help us better measure the effectiveness of our marketing efforts — specifically, in setting up and optimizing Google Analytics 4 (GA4) during this period: November 2025 - April 2026

The volunteer’s primary role would be to provide integration support and guidance on data tracking. Key areas of support include:
• Ensuring the setup and configuration of GA4 are done correctly
• Verifying that key conversion events are tracked accurately

• Campaign tracking and UTM setup
• Basic training or documentation to help the team maintain these tools moving forward
