This center of hope for the Tajik people, thanks to the wise leadership of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honourable Emomali Rahmon, and the efforts of active and responsible citizens, has strengthened its position among modern, safe, and dynamically developing capitals of the region and the world, becoming a comfortable place for living and creative activity.
Over the past ten years, as a result of the effective implementation of urban planning, socio-economic, and technological programs, we have witnessed the formation of a modern urban environment, an improvement in the quality of services, and an enhancement in the quality of life of the capital’s residents.
This process makes Dushanbe attractive not only for its residents, but also for visitors and international partners.
Today, Dushanbe also fulfills an important cultural and spiritual mission, becoming a center for the exchange of ideas, the development of science and education, the strengthening of national identity, and the worthy representation of the country’s cultural image on the international stage.
It should be especially noted that the sustainable development of the capital primarily depends on the level of civic awareness, sense of responsibility, and conscientious work of each of its residents.
Therefore, we must contribute to the greening and improvement of the city, the observance of urban culture, and the support of constructive initiatives for the sustainable development of Dushanbe.
