i think the hardest part of losing someone, isn't having to say goodbye, but rather learning to live without them; always trying to fill the void, the emptiness that's left inside your heart when they go.

It was a night, not a happy night, not a festive night, the sky was not decorated with fireworks, the city lights were dim. I walk alone to a place i don't know where, it's really quiet, alone, the atmosphere is tense. I keep walking, no matter how far my feet can go, i don't care about this silence.
Suddenly, it rains. Wetting the sweater i was wearing, i quickened my pace, you could say i was running. The rain is getting heavier, all parts of my clothes are wet. There's not a single place for me to take shelter, there's not a single umbrella that i can use, there's no one to give me an umbrella so i don't get cold.
"Huh? The rain has stopped?" I asked confused, i didn't feel any water wet me anymore, but when my eyes looked at the road ahead, the road was wet, still wet with rain water. I'm so confused, i'm stuck there. But, i really didn't get rained on. "Hey, Serena? Are you okay? Don't worry, we're the ones who sheltered you from the rain. Now, come on home with us."
