We can understand the frustration about seeing a few red numbers on you investment. however, this is part of the new strategi we've developed.

Fear not, looking at yearly returns the "old" system still averages around 60% return on investment.
And the new system which will run parallel to the old, while making a few actual loses throughout the year, has now been upgraded yet again!
We're looking at a system with a winrate of over 60%, with a risk:reward ratio of 1:2, meaning that the average yearly return on the new system is going to be around 80% - an update from the previous 60%.

Please adjust your expectations to be able to see theses few red numbers ever so often, it is necessary to have loses, in order to have winners!

Starting this Monday, we can expect around 1 trade per week from the new system, 52 trades yearly. Each trade will risk around 2% of our accounts, and return around 4% fro each win.

The estimates for the total yearly return are now sitting around 140%, not each week, not each month, but yearly average. Be patient.

Just a quick follow up.
We’ve turned off the long swing trading robots, and are currently only running on the scalping systems.

We would like to bring to your attention an unforeseen complication that has arisen in our collaboration with our partnered broker, resulting in an operational setback for our system.

Our team is diligently working on a comprehensive solution to address the challenges posed by this unforeseen complication. The issue stems from a misconfiguration of rules on Vantage's part, which has, unfortunately, led to a 4% loss in our system's performance today.

In recognizing the fragility of third-party systems in certain aspects, we are actively engaged with our account managers to mitigate the impact on our Robotics trading system. Our primary focus is on working collaboratively with our partnered broker to rectify the limitations currently affecting our system.

PART 1: What happened?
Today, unfortunately, we experienced a significant loss of 68.52% of the capital deposited in our clients' and personal accounts. For the sake of personal data protection, we cannot disclose the number of investors or the total capital, but the loss of 68.52% of the capital is substantial.

We deeply regret this.

PART 2: Why did it happen?
The price development of gold (XAUUSD) has previously shown similar movements in the market data we have used to test and optimize our robot systems. However, today, the market showed a continuous slight increase, which had not been observed in our data before. This occurred without explosive movements and outside the scope of the indicators we normally rely on, such as volume, ATR, RSI, and price development.

As a result, the robot never triggered red warning signals based on its normal indicators. The strategy we have employed has never led to a trading drawdown of more than 24% over 9 months of data, thus falling within our risk tolerance. The robot's automated safety net was activated when the drawdown on the account reached 60%, and it then began closing trades. Had the robot not acted in this manner, we might have faced a 100% loss. However, the market turned, and we now realize that significant profits could have been possible. However, this could never have been foreseen, and therefore, the robot actively chose to protect the remaining capital by accepting the loss it did.

PART 3: Could this have been prevented?
Yes and no. If we had seen this specific price development before, the robot might have been trained to handle it and survive a day like today. Unfortunately, nothing we saw today could have been foreseen, making the situation extremely regrettable.

PART 4: What do we do going forward?
We plan to train our robots with today's data as well as all previously available data. Additionally, we have activated the robot's emergency features to further minimize risk and only trade under the most optimal conditions.

This means that Robotics Inc. is not finished. However, we anticipate a significant decline in profitability until we have restored all funds for our clients. Please see the attached document for testing of the upcoming robot system, which will be implemented from today and activated at midnight.

PART 5: Optimism!
From the dates 2023.07.21 to 2024.03.26, we tested data on a $100,000 account and observed an increase to $207,058.39, representing a 100% return over an 8-month period. This translates to an annual increase of 180%. If we let this (slightly safer robot) run from midnight for the next 14 months, we will break even. And from there, we will be in profit.

PART 6: Acceptance.
We fully understand all your frustrations. We share them with you. We cannot guarantee the future, even though we wish we could. Therefore, it is deeply understandable if you are considering withdrawing your remaining capital from Robotics and concluding your investment journey with us.

I would like to provide you with an update on our recent progress here at Robotics Inc. We are currently in the development phase of a new robot that moves in a completely new direction in terms of framework and system.

The new systems include a modern safety net that eliminates the possibility of grid trading and instead implements dedicated stop-loss levels in all active trades with a percentage-based exit point.

We have decided to integrate reversal pattern detection, developed by Harold McKinley Gartley back in the 1930s. Our team is currently working on incorporating Gartley's patterns into an optimal framework along with other strategies.

At this point, we do not have a precise estimate for the completion of the system, but we will continuously update you on the process to clarify any doubts. Our team has been working an average of 10-hour days since the start of development, and we will continue at this pace until everything is built and fully tested.
