Level Up: Как Roadshow превратил волонтёра в лидера 🏆
В сентябре Робия присоединилась к IT Community как волонтёр — молодая, любознательная, готовая помочь в любой ситуации.
Она начала с простых задач: помогала на LinkedIn-станциях, работала за кулисами на грандиозном открытии Roadshow. Но очень скоро её самоотдача и лидерские качества стали заметны. Менеджер мероприятий Антонина Кадирова увидела в ней потенциал и даже помогла убедить родителей Робии отпустить её на региональные Roadshow — несмотря на юный возраст.
Робия не просто присоединилась. Она стала лидером.
Уже в октябре она вошла в основной состав команды, помогала организовывать мероприятия в 19 городах, решала самые разные задачи — от утерянных документов до сложностей с учёбой. Она даже привела в команду своего брата, чтобы не останавливаться.
Сегодня Робия — одна из немногих, кто участвовал во всех 19 Roadshow без единого пропуска.
Её история — напоминание: чтобы начать, не нужны разрешения, опыт или идеальный план.
Нужны лишь сердце, смелость и настойчивость.
А когда ты проявляешь себя — мир находит для тебя место. ✨💚

Visited every region of Uzbekistan (19 cities) and all thanks to the Roadshow and IT Community of Uzbekistan 💚
"How bold do you have to be to take on such a crazy idea?! It's too massive, isn't it?..." - that's what I thought… until I lived it)
The Roadshow lasted exactly 7 months and 7 days.
In total, 19 cities:
1. Tashkent
2. Almalyk
3. Gulistan
4. Kokand
5. Fergana
6. Namangan
7. Andijan
8. Bekabad
9. Jizzakh
10. Navoi
11. Bukhara
12. Urgench
13. Khiva
14. Muynak
15. Nukus
16. Samarkand
17. Karshi
18. Termez
19. Denov
In every one of these cities, I met different people and traditions, but one thing always remained the same: the youth full of potential, with sparks in their eyes, and the older generation unafraid to change their careers. And once again, I witnessed the hospitality and sincerity of our people))
Grateful to everyone who made this experience unforgettable 💞
