Finally, the final stage!
I'm participating in an internal IT Community hackathon dedicated to community growth and engagement. It's been a month of strict deadlines, weekly project management assignments - and not a line of code. All the responsibility was on the teamleaders - on me ☠️
But we pulled it off! Huge thanks to my teammate for his effort and support. There's only two of us in the team and that made the process even harder but more interesting)
Yeah, we haven't won yet, but I'm very happy to have made it to the final round 💅

If u remember, I ran a survey asking what comes to mind when you hear "O'zbek qizi". We've got 88 responses in total and here's a little summary of all:
👗 Traditional Vibes:
Many of you mentioned atlas dresses, do’ppi, and long braids. Icons like Zumrad and Kumush were popular too
🎨 Colors:
Top picks were red, green, white - from fabrics like atlas and adras, symbolizing beauty, purity, and resilience
💬 Traits:
Words like humble, graceful, hardworking, intelligent came up a lot, along with kindness and cultural pride.
⚖️ Tradition vs Modern Life:
Many highlighted tradition, while others celebrated the modern Uzbek girl - educated, ambitious, and balancing culture with today’s life.

A small but meaningful achievement. "The Most Active Volunteer in IT Community" 🎉
This month, Shavkat Karimov ran a survey among volunteers to pick the most active one. The nominees were chosen based on our team's opinions before the poll
Fotima and I were neck and neck, with just a 1% difference! I voted for her cuz I’ve seen how much she does for our community as BMU's ambassador. Tbh, I thought she'd win. But I won by only 1% diff. So I think that we both deserve such an "honorary title", so to speak :)
And now about the gift. The prize was a pencil case with a handmade print personally by Shavkat aka)) I think it's just a masterpiece 💅
And also a big thanks who voted for me, ure just in my heart 💘

One of the most useful days ever! The event had 4 awesome sessions:
- AI & Automation
- Digital Transformation & Big Data
- Innovation & Entrepreneurship
- Future of Tech & Industry – Steve Wozniak himself (Co-Founder of Apple) 👀
Every speaker was unique and super inspiring. Definitely gave everyone some food for thought 👏
Btw, fun fact: the moderator was Shavkat Karimov. It's his first time doing it, but he nailed it! And bonus for us, his assistants got in for free :)
