Well, that is naturally what happens when you see social media saturated with the women empowerment taken to the extremes, almost to the point that it is rather becoming a misrepresentation. At this fay and age. It's becoming a current trend to see women acting promiscuous, women doing all the work in relationships as something so common, and women chasing men and not acting like they're the prize. And with this narrative perpetuated. It gives a heavy influence on young women to consciously or unconsciously mask their femininity, and think that masculinity is the only way to be strong and powerful.

But the thing is, you can show your strength through softness, feel powerful while wearing a dress, and overall conquer your way through life with this rare asset. And if changes are you have a suppressed feminine nature and you want to know if you thrive in it more, ask yourself these: Do I take pride in showing it all in the name of self-expression? Or do I prefer keeping it private snd reserved? Do I rarely look after myself? Or do I actually enjoy beautifying myself? And lastly, do I find it rewarding to do all the work or do I feel drained by too much of it? If you answered the latter, then welcome to the feminine club!

An Introduction to self love.

Many of us struggle with loving ourselves: with the growing self hate/dislike in the world, it becomes hard to be happy sometimes. No one can truly make you love yourself, other than you Oftentimes, a compliment will make you happy, but eventually you will be pulled back to look at your imperfections. Some may have had a past that has brought down self esteem, others may find themselves comparing themselves to the outside world constantly.

Imperfections don't make anyone perfect, but make you the person you are. Some imperfections are harmful, and do need to be changed, but that is up to your personal judgement and decision. It is in human nature to search for the things one does not have, in the end, one fails to realize what they had from the beginning.

Self love begins when you begin to see the small things you have never appreciated in yourself. It begins when you see the things you have accomplished, no matter how large or small they may be. The next time you feel terrible about yourself. Remember that the one thing you're focusing on, does not define who you are. Self love won't take a few hours or days, this can take years, but you can do this and you are never alone. There will be others to pick you up and be right beside you when you fall, but at the end of the day, it's up to you to choose how you see yourself. At the end of the day, whether or not you realize it: nothing in the world ever was and never will be equal to the worth of your life and the wonderful things you do for the world.
