Thanks to the 7800+ who joined my town hall last night. We had important discussions on the chaos under Trump—threats to Social Security & Medicare, the confusion he’s caused for federal workers & more—and on the work being done to fight back.

I’ll never give up, and I’ll always speak truth to power.

What a disgrace.

The Trump Admin. sided with Putin at the UN yesterday—a dictator, an animal who murders innocents and steals children. He doesn't deserve an ounce of American support. And who has Trump aligned us with? Russia, North Korea, Iran, Belarus...the worst of the worst. Embarrassing.

I was dispirited when I read of Gene Hackman's passing this morning. I was extra in The Firm, which was filmed in Memphis, and Hackman was approachable and friendly as can be. You could feel his warmth as a human being.

Never forget 2017 with Trump just came in office and he had the Russian ambassador into the oval office and excluded all American press and only allowed Russian press. And don’t forget Helsinki to where he said I have no reason not to believe Putin, even though his intelligence said it was Russian involvement.

A mensch

Last night, Donald Trump stood in the Capitol, protected by the same Capitol Police officers he encouraged a violent mob to attack—then pardoned the insurrectionists who assaulted and killed them.

The hypocrisy was sickening. Almost as sickening as Donald Trump.
