About Public Tracker Server is disabled HTTPS/SSL:
CPU Load too high, HTTPS/SSL encryption uses most of the CPU resources, and we don't have more money to upgrade this server.
So we decided to disable HTTPS/SSL to handle more Tracker requests.
"https://open.acgnxtracker.com/announce" is disconnect and disabled now.
But the "http://open.acgnxtracker.com/announce" is still working.
Don't worry, Public Tracker service with no closed.
