【佩斯科夫：戈梅利是乌方选的谈判地点】
俄罗斯总统新闻秘书德米特里•佩斯科夫对记者称，戈梅利是乌克兰方面选的谈判地点。
佩斯科夫称，“戈梅利市是乌克兰方面提出的谈判地点——没错，就是乌克兰方面。我们已经说了，俄罗斯代表团已在当地准备谈判，带队的是俄罗斯总统助理弗拉基米尔•梅金斯基，他很快就会表明相关声明。”
他称，“我们已经警告乌克兰方面，在这次军事行动过程中所设想的相关活动不会暂停——就像昨天所做的那样，相关内容我们已经在前一天就通知了你们。”
俄罗斯代表团团长梅金斯基称，俄罗斯代表今天直到15:00（北京时间20:00）都会等待乌克兰确认同意在戈梅利举行会议。
