Changelog:
• Upstream Linux to 4.14.323.
• Drop MGLRU (causes several issues with SLMK).
• Tune SLMK to:
-Min: 350 MB
-Timeout:100 ms
• SLMK parameters exposed to sysfs. Find them at /sys/module/simple_lmk/parameters/. a1568ab
• Vbswap disksize set to 4 GB.
• KernelSU is now a Git submodule (which is the official way to add it to trees).
