Hi folks, not sure if anyone invested in Medi Token (a recent cryptocurrency that wanted to donate token supply to RedPanda Earth for charitable donations). When they first approached us, we graciously accepted as they are a doxxed team and been working for months on their project. It looks like the outsourced dev they used to build their smart contract had a backdoor in it to be able to wipe liquidity. It's an unfortunate happenstance in the crypto space and it happens too often and due to that, we are going to change how we partner or how tokens can work with us moving forward effective immediately.

We will do this in an effort to protect our growing holder community that invests in many of our partner tokens.

From this point forward, any token that wants to send us tokens or any sort of supply for joint charitable animal welfare donations must be:

1. Doxxed Team
2. Smart Contract must be Audited (Techrate or Certik)
3. Have a proven history of good work and being a good team

Crypto.Com reached out to us and we worked with them to get our news feed (from Medium) populating automatically! Over the last few weeks we worked with them to integrate to https://crypto.com/price/redpanda

At RedPanda Earth we are consistently striving to improve all aspects of our brand. Today we are announcing a shift in team member responsibilities as RedPanda continues to mature into 2022 and beyond. In short, the RedPanda Earth brand is now composed of two separate, but interdependent entities.


First, RedPanda token is a completely volunteer organization - a community-run defi token. Originally launched in April 2021, the developer renounced the project and the community banded together to give it some structure to make it into the brand it is today. After community member MikeRedPanda took control of the token in mid 2021, he led its growth with community’s support from 150 holders to over 10,000!

Second, we launched RedPanda Earth, Inc. charity in early 2022. This is a US based 501(c)(3) nonprofit that Mike started on his own to help save endangered species.

Effective immediately, Mike will take the lead with the RedPanda Earth charity, focusing on animal conservation and sustainable growth. The Community Volunteer Board will take over the reins managing/directing the RedPanda Earth DeFi token (managing twitter, partnerships, communities).

These changes will best streamline operations for both entities, and allow for increased growth and success for years to come. This will have no noticeable impact on the RedPanda Earth token that we all love so dearly! Members of the board have been a part of our partnerships, and have been able to help the RedPanda Earth token sustain a high-level marketcap even today.

Mike will retain his tokens and plans on adding it to additional liquidity after he saves up eth!

We are happy, as always, to answer any questions from the community!
