The Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor field team documented a compound and comprehensive crime against a civilian family comprising an elderly woman and her four children, including three young women and a one-and-a-half-year-old granddaughter. The family was attacked with gunfire and bombs after Israeli forces stormed their house on Thursday evening, 27 June. They were later taken outside and detained for over three hours despite their injuries in their home, near Israeli tanks in a dangerous combat zone, where they were used as human shields. The 65-year-old mother, identified as Safiya Hassan Musa Al-Jamal, was run over by an Israeli tank and killed in front of her son."

"The Commission for Ex-Prisoners' Affairs and the Palestinian Prisoners' Club said that the Israeli occupation forces have arrested more than 9,450 citizens from the West Bank, including Jerusalem, since the start of the aggression.

The Commission and the Prisoners' Club explained, in a joint statement today, that this toll includes those who were arrested from homes and through military checkpoints, those who were forced to surrender themselves under pressure, and those who were held hostage.

🚨 New footage obtained by Al-Jazeera shows how the zionist army uses kidnapped Palestinians as human shields in the #Gaza Strip.

The imprisoned Palestinians, intentionally dressed in zionist military uniforms and equipped with body cameras, are identifiable in the footage by a blue tag on their arms (1:04), identifying them as prisoners. They are forced to enter residential buildings and when tunnels are found, they are expected to enter tunnels ahead of the IOF soldiers themselves. The expectation is that if a home or tunnel opening is rigged to explode, the Palestinian prisoners will be killed rather than the zionist soldiers.

This blatant war crime is exposed in a set of videos. The first video (1:25) shows two Palestinians sent into a destroyed home to look for a tunnel opening. They report back to the soldiers supervising them that their digging only yielded dirt and concrete.

In another video (1:59), a Palestinian prisoner is forced into a tunnel found in Gaza. He is bound by a cable to the zionist soldiers above ground. “Guys, the army are using me as a lure,” he calls out, hoping the resistance fighters will hear him and not engage in combat.

In a third video (3:25), two Palestinian prisoners are forced into a residential building to confirm that there are no land mines or resistance fighters within it. Neither prisoner speaks, as they are monitored by a body camera and a small drone accompanying them. One of the prisoners is seriously wounded and is forced to carry out his task unclothed.

EGYPT PROFITS FROM THE GENOCIDE IN GAZA - Al Arjani has control over trade and construction at the Rafah border. That trade extends to the millions extorted from Palestinian refugees, many children, who have fled to Egypt. An adult is charged $ 5000 and a child $ 2,500. If I understood the woman in the clip correctly, she speaks of the extremist (Nazi glorifying) literature (in Ukrainian) which appeared after 1991, in a Ukrainian-Canadian centre in Donetsk, as gifts to a from Canada (Toronto, Winnipeg...).

In 2014, the republic closed down the centre and the extremist literature was locked away.

I wrote this some months ago:

The last count I saw from the DPR MFA was that as of April 15, 154 civilians were injured by the mines, including 10 children (1 of whom I spoke with while he was in hospital recovering), at least 3 of whom died as a result of their injuries.

Keep in mind that the majority of these mines were fired in late July 2022 (I was in the city then & went next morning to see Donetsk streets & parks littered with them).

[I remember when I left Donetsk in August 2022, walking looking down at my feet to ensure I could see there were no petal mines nearby, because I'd been waking that way the previous few weeks.]

Ukraine was obliged to destroy its ~6 million stock of them, but didn't, & instead fired them on Donbass civilians. The West, ofc, looks away, so does HRW.
