Here’s why the USA will lose the AI wars to China: POWER. As in TeraWatt hours (TWh). China produces over 10,000 TWh of electricity each year, while the USA is less than half that. All GPUs used for AI research and inference require power. If you don’t have enough power, you can’t scale up your AI projects, simply put.

In America, companies like Microsoft have thousands of GPUs sitting around UN-POWERED because although they have the chips, they don’t have the Watts.

And while you could argue that China has the Watts but not the chips, China’s engineering advantage (and America’s cutting off of China from microchip lithography equipment) forced China to re-engineer its own domestic microchip supply chain, rapidly leading to China’s SELF-MASTERY of advanced microchip design and fabrication technologies. (It’s yet another example of America’s sanctions and tariffs backfiring…)

As a result, China can build the microchips it needs, while the USA can’t build the power it needs in any sort of timely manner. New nuclear power plants take a minimum of 14 years for planning, regulatory approvals, construction and initiation. By that time, the race to AGI or ASI is over and done.

HOW WE GOT HERE: The USA committed energy suicide by following the climate change cult lunacy that demanded the shutting down of all energy consumption, even while China laughed at the West and rolled out coal-fired power plants nearly every day.

Now, the USA finds itself 15+ years behind China on power generation, with no easy fix. And the race to AGI, according to most experts, will be done within the next 2 – 10 years, far earlier than the time required for the USA to build out competitive power infrastructure and deploy it with AI.

And in the USA, the motive is always PROFIT rather than achievement, so all the tech bros and tech giants and data center investments are all about generating profits, not actually achieving anything meaningful for the future of human civilization. That short-term thinking mentality continues to cripple America’s chances of competing on visionary, long-term breakthrough “moonshot” projects like AGI.

It's amazing to me that Trump and the GOP had the Democrats utterly DEFEATED just one year ago. The Democrats were abandoned as the party of lunatics, woke idiots, economic morons and pro-censorship tyrants.

If this continues, the GOP is going to be crushed in 2026 and 2028, if the US empire even survives that long under Trump. Meanwhile, China is winning the AI race, Russia is winning the war in Europe, and even India told Trump to go pound sound when it came to threats of secondary tariffs.

Trump is proving to be a reckless, economically illiterate president who keeps attempting the same bullying tactics that made him a NY real estate mogul... but he's finding out they don't work on the world stage. And we Americans are all paying the price for his buffoonery.

Yet the clown show continues, and Trump see himself doing nothing wrong whatsoever, which means the U.S. economy is going to get a WHOLE LOT WORSE for the next few years. Yet Bessent will gaslight us and tell us how awesome everything is, even while millions of Americans lose their jobs, their homes and their health insurance.

ANALYSIS: What's clear to me from yesterday's election results, where the Democrats achieved stunning, historic victories against the GOP, is that people like Laura Loony, Mark "Tel Aviv" Levin and Ben Sheephero are absolutely TOXIC to the GOP brand, and they need to be evicted from Trump's circle of influence before they destroy the GOP from within.

The entire world is sick of Israel's war crimes and deceptions, and they're sick of Trump's continued support for war and genocide. Trump's decision to align with people like this while cozying up to genocidal Netanyahu and his brand of deception and mass murder has proven to be a catastrophic political mistake that will almost certainly cost the GOP the House (in 2026), the Senate and the White House (in 2028) assuming there's still a US empire that exists at that point.

When the average American voter looks at Trump and the GOP right now, they see a cabal of insane pro-war lunatics screaming for more death. They see a bunch of rich elitists playing out real-life "Hunger Games" elite ballroom parties in D.C. while 42 million Americans have lost food stamp benefits and don't know where they're going to find their next meal. They see a White House run by a foreign country that has betrayed the American people and never even intended to put America first. And they see Trump covering up Epstein's crimes, covering up the murder of Charlie Kirk, covering for Netanyahu's continued bombings of women and children, all while destroying the U.S. economy through destructive tariffs and sapping the purchasing power of the dollars through record currency printing.

We are one year into the Trump administration, so we have a lot of data points to be able to project what happens in 2-4 years, and the results -- if Trump stays on this current course of allying with the ZioCrazies -- is going to be absolutely catastrophic for the GOP and for the American people. This recipe is almost certain to see the Democrats sweep back into power, followed by mass arrests of Trump administration officials and probably Trump himself, who will undoubtedly be charged with war crimes.

It's about to get a whole lot worse, in other words, because the GOP is power-drunk and seemingly oblivious to reality at this point, as they don't listen to the American people at all. ANALYSIS: This is a very important trend you need to be aware of:
- AI cognition costs (tokens) are PLUMMETING
- While the quality of AI token output is RISING
- Meanwhile, human cognition costs are RISING
- While the output from human cognition is PLUMMETING

That’s because:

- For more and more corporations, the equation clearly points to replacing humans with as many AI agents as possible, as quickly as possible, without hesitation.

Many job sectors will see 60% - 80% replacement by AI in the next 2-3 years. These are likely to include:
- Customer support
- Pre-sales support
- Writers, proofreaders and editors
- Translators and interpreters
- Business administration (middle-managers, like the 30,000 firings announced by Amazon)
- Data scientists, physicists, chemists
- Creative arts professionals, including graphic arts, film, music, audio engineering and more
