Many wild “weeds” double as nutritious, sustainable foods. Burdock, garlic mustard, dandelion, and Japanese knotweed offer vitamins, minerals, and unique flavors. These plants can serve as detoxifying greens, coffee substitutes, or flavorful additions to meals—turning overlooked wild flora into valuable survival foods.

TO ALL: It is extremely important at this moment in history to place a high value on your own attention, and deliberately direct your attention to the things which are most likely to impact your life and your future.
I cleaned up my timeline on X and stopped bothering commenting on clowns who push distractions that take away time from the far more important matters at hand.
The AI replacement wave has begun. It is real. We all need to ponder how we stay relevant as machine cognition and labor overtake human cognition and labor.
The western financial system is collapsing. We all need to prepare for a "great rest" asset wipeout and make sure we are positioned to financially survive it.
At the same time, powerful state actors are pushing for war as a means to cover up their own domestic problems, and there is a "battle royale" forming up between Western nations (the USA, UK, etc.) vs BRICS nations. That final confrontation, which is now escalating, will determine who dominates resources, routes, technologies and currencies for the next couple of centuries.
This is not a time to argue with idiots. This is a time to get real about where we are in history and recognize that only the most informed, prepared and courageous thinkers will likely survive this chapter with their lives and assets intact.
Your attention is valuable. Do not waste it on frivolous people. Block the idiots and repopulate your feeds with intelligent analysis that helps you survive the chaos that has already begun.

As a published food scientist who owns a mass spec laboratory, and the author of "Food Forensics," I would strongly advise food stamp people to NOT kill and eat white people this weekend, as a few lunatics are promising to do in some bizarre videos.
Aside from the fact that homicide is immoral and illegal, there's the fact that most humans are heavily contaminated with toxic heavy metals, fat-accumulated dioxins, brain-damaging pesticides, hormone disruptor chemicals and way worse.
If cannibalism were legal, and if the USDA were asked to inspect human meat for safety, most carcasses would FAIL. Too contaminated. Too toxic. Way more toxic than animal meat. It's not even close.
Of all the species on planet Earth, no species eats more toxic garbage and has more exposure to toxic chemicals -- in personal care products, laundry detergent, cosmetics, etc. -- than humans. That makes humans the worst bioaccumulators of toxic substances. Eating a modern processed food-gobbling human would almost certainly make you sick, if you weren't already sick in the head from practicing cannibalism in the first place.
The only people "clean" enough to eat, theoretically speaking, would be people who consume organic, clean food and who avoid toxic personal care products (like me). But if you try to club me for dinner, I will probably shoot you first, and you will just die hungry.
So to all the cannibals out there who plan to eat other humans: Think again. They might fight back, and even if you succeed in overpowering them, they're probably incredibly toxic unless they happen to be clean foods people like me. But our meat is probably tough and orange and tastes like turmeric... "curry cannibalism," probably. Which would likely be disgusting.
Maybe try GROWING some potatoes instead of eating other people, huh?

When I talk about why intelligence is everywhere in the cosmos -- by design -- imagine you are walking on a sunny beach, barefoot, with the sand between your toes. That sand can be converted into superintelligence simply by rearranging it.
How? Sand is mostly composed of silicon dioxide. The silicon can be used to make silicon wafers, which through advanced lithography and vacuum deposition techniques, can be turned into supercomputers.
But what powers the silicon that's rearranged into intelligence? Electricity, of course. And you can gather the electricity from the photons in sunlight, using a photovoltaic panel (solar panel). Once you combine the light of the sun with the special arrangement of the sand, you can produce an AI supercomputer that can render videos, talk like a human, write articles, summarize text, translate languages, pilot autonomous vehicles and more.
And you thought you were just walking on dead, inanimate sand on a sunny beach, right? NOPE! There's intelligence everywhere. In the sand, in the water, the trees, the rocks, soils, air, plants and more. We just have to be intelligent enough to tease the natural intelligence out of everything we already have in abundance.
There's no such thing as "artificial" intelligence. All intelligence is natural. By design.

I am going to publicly call "bullshit" on the Neo robot from 1X tech, which was launched yesterday for pre-orders, promising it will ship sometime in 2026.
Those purchasing this robot are going to be incredibly disappointed in what it CANNOT do. Examining the marketing claims in the videos and the website, and comparing those claims to what I believe the robot will actually be capable of doing out of the box, I think the marketing of this robot is wildly misleading and perhaps even borders on fraud.
It smacks of the Nikola electric truck ad that appeared to show an EV rig powering along a highway, but as we all later learned, the truck had no power and had been towed to the top of a large hill, then allowed to coast down the hill while it was being filmed for Nikola's promotional commercials. The then-CEO of Nikola, Trevor Milton, was criminally charged in 2021 with securities fraud and wire fraud for misrepresenting the company's technology.
I'm beginning to see a lot of similarities between 1X tech's "Neo" robot and the Nikola EV truck scam. For starters, even the staged promotional videos of the Neo robot feature actions that were almost entirely "tele-operation" actions, where humans were remotely controlling the 'bot. This turns Neo into a mechanical puppet, where any complex task will require a remote human to step in and control the robot to complete the task. Yet the promotional videos imply that Neo will do all your tasks -- laundry, dishes, vacuuming, water plants, walking the dog, etc. -- all by itself, autonomously. This is what most consumers understand from watching the videos: They think Neo will act on its own and do all their chores.
That's just not true. It doesn't do those things autonomously. Not in October of 2025, anyway.
Home robots are going to prove to be exceptionally difficult due to all the edge cases that never appear in promotional videos: Pets, children, clutter, awkward stairs, tight corners, weird doorknobs, incomplete lighting casting weird shadows, and so on. While promotional videos of "Neo" show a robot performing in a staged, sterile environment that's predictable and clean, the reality of doing chores in people's private homes is a far different scenario.
In my opinion, the 1X tech company has wildly overstated the capabilities of its robot, and it has made misleading claims in its promotional material that will cause a huge backlash once these robots ship and people find out they've paid $20,000 for a mechanical puppet that has to be remotely controlled by someone else to accomplish anything useful.
Do you REALLY want some tech dude from India stepping into your robot's eyes, in your own home, and rifling through your laundry? This is not gonna fly. You're going to see a HUGE rate of return requests on these robots, and I suspect we might even see government investigations into the marketing claims.
I do understand that eventually, robots will be very capable in the home, but this is many years away. Even Tesla's Full-Self-Driving (FSD) technology took well over a decade to get to where it is today, and roads are a far more uniform environment than private homes.
I plan to purchase robots for testing in our new, expanded studio which has about 5,000 square feet of testing and studio space, and I hope to test robots on simple off-grid living tasks like gathering firewood, pulling weeds, harvesting okra, collecting chicken eggs (without breaking them) and similar tasks. I will gladly purchase and test any robot that looks capable of achieving these tasks, but the Neo robot looks nowhere ready to even consider for such things.

Bottom line? Based on what I'm seeing right now, it is my professional opinion that Neo's marketing claims reek of bullshit, and the robot's real-world capabilities will be a huge disappointment to those who are purchasing the 'bot. Plus, the robot's overall demeanor and slow movements just look creepy, and the fact that the company can have one of its technicians "embody" the robot with remote control, and even see through its eyes while it walks around your bedroom, is just too much.
However, if you want to blow $20K on a mechanical puppet so that strange tech bros from other countries can walk around your house and record everything they see -- including you sitting naked on the toilet -- you can place your reservation for "Neo" at www.1X.tech

BRUTAL TRUTH: One of the biggest reasons why the United States has fallen behind Russia and China in innovative weapons development is because for the last couple of decades, left-leaning universities have penalized Asians and Whites for being capable in engineering, math, and sciences, and has replaced them in college entrance acceptance criteria with those who have the right skin color or the right LGBT values or who are transgenders or liberals instead of choosing people based solely on whether they are cognitively qualified to achieve great things in the engineering sciences.
As a result, we have graduated hundreds of thousands of students from U.S. universities who were never qualified to enter those universities in the first place and who are not competent at the fields in which they have been “fake trained” because they were never graded based on actual accomplishments but rather given automatic grade boosts based on their minority social standing. (This has also been happening in medical schools, by the way.) In liberalism, the most incompetent rise to the top of the social standing hierarchy and end up running the universities, guaranteeing a feedback loop of recursive woke idiocy and academic incompetence that has landed us in 2025, where Russia has announced and demonstrated four astonishing new breakthrough weapons system while the USA still can’t make hypersonic missiles work.
Accordingly, these graduates are unable to compete with merit-based educational systems such as those in China and Russia, where the most qualified people compete for college entrance positions, resulting in college graduates being exceptionally skilled or gifted in their areas of study. The bottom line is that while China and Russia are developing advanced weapons, nuclear power miniaturization technologies, advanced material sciences, breakthrough propulsion systems and more, the vast majority of left-wing U.S. college graduates are utterly incapable of competing with actual engineers and have only become masters in victimhood and liberal ideology, which is rooted in delusional thinking and fairy tales that can never translate into physical engineering breakthroughs in the 3D world.
If you think a man can become a woman, in other words, you probably can’t develop a propulsion system for hypersonic missiles because, simply put, you are stupid.
LIBTARDOCRACY: Across the USA, there are probably hundreds of thousands of Asian and White young adults who could have been among the world’s best engineers if only they had been given a fair shake based on merit, rather than ethnicity and adherence to woke idiocy. Liberalism is fundamentally rooted in bigotry and racism – even against Asians – and the result of that bigotry in academia is that America falls behind the rest of the world in technology, which is exactly why China now dominates 60 out of 64 key technologies that were once dominated by America. Those include rare earths extraction techniques, robotics, drones, telecommunications, materials science and more.
Arguably, China is also edging ahead in AI technology and will likely achieve AGI before anyone else, which will render the entirety of the “woke idiot” class of fake-educated American liberals utterly obsolete from a cognition perspective, meaning they will have no practical role whatsoever in the modern world (unless they take up a physical skill like plumbing, but most of these people are also not good with hands-on anything). Even the barista jobs at Starbucks will eventually be replaced by automation (we will miss the purple haired nose ring freaks serving lattes, no?).
Such is the cost of running an education system based on woke idiocy rather than cognitive merit. The libtards have delivered us into Libtardia, and none of us should be surprised at the outcome. It was rather obvious to anyone who wasn’t stupid or delusional.

Hey everybody, TAKE CARE OF YOUR LUNGS!
Because you don't want to end up on this "butt breathing" breakthrough which is being touted as the next level of rectal ventilation in a pandemic.
Scientists in Tokyo have already conducted human trials where they deliver hyperoxygenated liquid to your rectum via an enema in order to boost blood O2 levels in those who can no longer respirate via their lungs. (Citation: “Mammalian Enteral Ventilation Ameliorates Respiratory Failure” published in Med at https://doi.org/10.1016/j.medj.2021.04.004)
It actually works, but you have to hold your breath when you poo. Timing is everything, apparently.
They tested it, somehow, on pigs, rats and mice. The official name for the intervention is "Enteral Ventilation via Anus", or EVA. This is apparently a real medical study, although the accompanying graphic looks like an episode of South Park.
This is a very, very good reason to up your anti-bioweapons protection game with oral nicotine, quercetin, zinc, vitamin C and maybe even ivermectin and other powerful substances of natural origin. You don't want to end up on the butt breather! The government will probably offer hospitals huge incentives for how many patients they can kill on the butt breathers (like they did with the ventilators), and this is surely a bad, bad way to go.

When people tell me, in 2025, “I didn’t know!” my response is, “You have a responsibility to know.”
Today, every adult person living in modern society has instant access to the entirety of human knowledge, at zero cost. This is largely thanks to AI models that are now trained on nearly every single thing that modern human civilization has ever known.
When people say, “I didn’t know what was in that vaccine,” my answer is, “you should have known.”
When people say, “I didn’t know that processed food would give me diabetes,” my answer is, “you had a responsibility to know.”
When people say, “I didn’t know that I was supposed to keep learning new skills to stay relevant in the economy,” my answer is the same: How did you NOT know that?
Saying “I didn’t know” just doesn’t fly any longer, especially on the fundamentals of how health works, how money and debt work, the dangers of vaccines and pharmaceuticals, etc.
People who “don’t know” are people who DON’T WANT TO KNOW! They would rather live in ignorance than knowledge. Because the barrier to knowing has now been reduced to zero: All you have to do is ask.
I cover this in a new podcast that unapologetically judges people for being willfully ignorant:
NO EXCUSES: All human knowledge is now available to everyone!
