Well I guess last night's massive missile barrage from Russia, striking over a dozen cities across Ukraine, puts to rest the absurd claim by NATO and the western press that Putin had "run out of missiles" months ago.

Seems like he hasn't run out of anything. He has been SAVING THEM for certain tactical or strategic uses, obviously.

While Ukraine and NATO are throwing everything they have at Russia, Putin is holding all sorts of weaponry in reserve.

Furthermore, the only reason the power grid, internet and water infrastructure still works in Kiev and other cities is because Putin CHOOSES to allow them to function. (For now, anyway...)
