This is BEYOND HILARIOUS (at least in my view). So I went to the lab today to try to replicate the claimed "explosive reaction" that should occur with nitric acid and isopropyl alcohol, and it ended up taking 17 MINUTES for the reaction to finally occur.

The "trolls" claimed it would happen instantly and violently. But in the real world, I had to sit around with the cameras rolling, with an UNEDITED, un-cut recording, watching a vial of liquid do NOTHING for 17 minutes, then it finally did something interesting which you can see in this video. Sometimes, science is not very exciting at all...
