With SCOTUS striking down the "right" to murder a baby, there are several states where governors are defiant (like in Minnesota) and plan to keep murdering babies despite the law.

I'm curious about what levels of force a private citizen is allowed to use to STOP a homicide taking place. The answer probably varies state by state, but in Texas, citizens are allowed to use every available means or tool to halt a felony taking place, especially if lives are in danger.
