BREAKING: Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky has signed a decree on the general mobilization of the population - it will reportedly be carried out over the next 90 days. REPORT: Ukrainian government is blowing up its own bridges around Kiev to try to slow Russian forces' progress into Kiev. Some Russian units entered the city but were destroyed by Ukrainian military / guard units. However, a lot more Russian forces are being directed into the city. It looks inevitable that Kiev will fall.
