Evil crews of child/human trackers are watching activity in parking lots. We have heard about this happening at Walmarts in the U.S. They tag car plates as to the type of passengers (1A 3C, for example, meaning 1 Adult, 3 Children) and notify others in their "crew" who pull up  next to the vehicle and wait to take the children.

THIS IS VERY DANGEROUS. 

Please remain alert and call the appropriate authorities if you suspect this kind of horrific activity.
