🤓 General Agreement
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users, buyers, and sellers who use our platform or services.
🤓 Service Fees
All service fees are final and non-refundable. Fees are automatically deducted from the transaction amount at the time payment is made.
🤓 Cryptocurrency & Price Volatility
Cryptocurrency prices are highly volatile. We are not responsible for any loss or gain in value caused by market fluctuations, nor for gas fees, network fees, or any blockchain-related costs.
🤓 Account Sales Responsibility
When selling an account, the seller is fully responsible for ensuring that the account remains accessible and functional throughout the transaction. If an account becomes locked during the deal, the seller must resolve the issue unless a different agreement was clearly established prior to the transaction.
🤓 Wallet Address Accuracy
Buyers are required to provide a correct and valid wallet address. We are not liable for lost, delayed, or unrecoverable funds resulting from incorrect wallet information provided by the buyer or recipient.
🤓 Release of Funds Policy
Funds held by the middleman will only be released once both parties confirm that they have received exactly what was agreed upon in the transaction.
🤓 Account Security & Pullbacks
We take account security seriously and use reasonable methods to help protect accounts involved in transactions. However, once a transaction is completed, we cannot be held liable for any pullbacks, recoveries, or security issues that occur afterward.
🤓 Pullback Testing
If an account or original email is tested through a Discord pullback test and this action results in an issue, the buyer will be held responsible, unless otherwise agreed upon prior to the transaction.
🤓 Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties are expected to first attempt to resolve the issue privately. If no agreement can be reached, we reserve the right to intervene and make a final decision at our sole discretion.
🤓 Proxy Sales Disclaimer
For proxy sales, we do NOT assume any responsibility or liability. These transactions are conducted entirely at the users’ own risk.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the account or item received is fully compliant with the agreed terms. The buyer must request any necessary assistance, security measures, or account checks before confirming the transaction if they require help securing or verifying the account.
