We’re experiencing some unexpected downtime…👎

Devs are working to get the blockchain back online after locating the issue at the 4 year halving block which was due later this month.

Please bear with us and we’ll update here with updates as we work through the fix! 🙏

We’re currently working on a kickstart patch to address the missing block at the 1st halving period.

This caused the chain to stop, go into no man’s land but won’t affect users RPD in any way at all. We will be required to restart any nodes with a possible requirement to update your wallet to a newer version.

We have now completed the kickstart!🙏

Multiple nodes have been staking and masternodes running for the past 24hrs - 48hrs without fault.

We are currently updating the explorer node and syncing up to current height and after a few final checks we will release steps you need to take to restart your nodes and update any wallets.

All Rapids Host nodes are updated and ready for users to start their masternodes once we publish the new wallet tomorrow.

All exchanges were contacted during these events and will be contacted tomorrow to update their wallets too.

Mainnet blockchain kick start to fix missing block found at 4 year halving block height 2102400.

Please replace the attached on this release to replace your existing peers.dat, sporks folder and add nodes to your rapids.conf this will kick start your wallet, ban old peers and allow your wallet to sync so you can restart any master nodes you have or start staking again.

Rename the windows .exe the same as your current and swap the .exe and replace files above before opening.

All support for bRPD will be discontinued at the end of the year allowing users enough time to bridge back to RPD Mainnet in preparation for phased new releases.
