I contacted the leader of the Eclipse Mr Mert Usul Muad'Dib Bloc to ask some questions regarding the establishment of their new bloc. The most prominent questions and responses were as follows:

What are your external directives, especially concerning the other blocs?

I believe that those who have been closely following the journey of our Fremen party and the state of Arrakis -initiated on May 30, 2024, at the Iranian Caspian Coast- can easily envision how we will shape our bloc behaviour. However, I'd like to offer a brief reminder to both newcomers and long-time supporters: for the past 8 months and 26 days, I have led our efforts with one unwavering vision "peace." Every action we take is guided by our vision, "Peace in Fremen lands, and peace in the RR universe." We chose to defend rather than retaliate, and our record speaks for itself. We have been involved in 60 fronts overall, taking the offensive in only 2, while moving to defense 31 times in our lands and response to 25 defensive fronts across WC, TF, Intermarium, and most recently, Phoenix bloc.

These numbers, together with our steadfast commitment to peace, serve as a powerful testament to the way we conduct ourselves in the RR universe.

Will you take a position of complete neutrality, or should we expect new directions and policies toward the rest of the blocs?

We will maintain equal proximity to all states and blocs. We are not enemies of anyone; we approach everyone with goodwill, uphold discipline, and refrain from pursuing unchecked growth. Our aim is to form a bloc that spans from the Middle East to Europe.

What principles will underpin your policies, particularly regarding the signing of military or economic agreements with the other blocs?

We are transitioning our Fremen party's existing agreements with El Turko and TTD into the Eclipse bloc. Even though we maintain a neutral and peaceful approach, we will provide substantial defensive merc support to the respected, reliable, disciplined, and dedicated states within the bloc. Additionally, we plan to add a surprise merc agreement alongside El Turko and TTD.

Furthermore, Polat—leader of Caladan state, handling Foreign Affairs and serving as the Imperial Mentat for the Fremen party—and I will regularly engage with the remaining 20 blocs to discuss the benefits we can offer. We plan to start these communications in March.

NAP between Eclipse and Tribunal blocs

- The parties undertake obligations to refrain from the use of military force or the threat of its use against each other, and to resolve conflict situations on the basis of negotiations.
- The parties mutually undertake not to interfere in each other's internal affairs without the request of the leader of the bloc for such interference.
- In case of violation of the non-aggression agreement by a player from a party who is in the bloc and refuses to suspend this activity, the party undertakes to exclude him.
- If one of the parties decides to withdraw, renew or extend the agreement, it is obliged to notify the other party 30 days before the expected date of termination. The obligations of this agreement remain valid for both sides until the date of actual termination.
- Ban on the presence of players in parties and states for scamming, doxing and blackmaling.

- Both Eclipse and Tribunal agree not to get involved against attacking fronts of the other side (including normal attacking fronts, coups, revolutions, and counter attacks) This overrides any defensive agreements present and future.
- Bloc leaders or authorized representatives, shall take appropriate measures to resolve any problems that arise.
- If the situation becomes extraordinary, a block may ask another block for help if its existence is threatened.
- This deal is active between 01.03.2025 - 28.02.2026.

The TF bloc weakened due to Ukraine 🇺🇦 Thira first breaking away to the MT bloc, then the Ukrainian State to Helios. Helios strengthened 📈 and has a pact with MT, with Turko. They decided to attack ⚔️, committing aggression without any reason. When the Hungarians started attacking in one TF state, then in ours - the leaders of the Helios bloc were not interested in settling this issue like true gentlemen. Their response was barbaric 😤 - you are not in a position to make any demands of us.

Tension was rising 📉, one of the leaders of the Ukrainian State "sinner" wrote to me a few days before the conflict, asking if we were planning to attack - I replied that we as the Russian Confederation 🇷🇺 have never been aggressors and adhere to the principle of non-aggression. He said, we also don't plan to but are strengthening 🛡️ because we fear your attack.
