Minimum Qualification:
Professional Certification in Customer Service
Minimum Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
Three years' of Professional Experience in Customer Service
Fluent in Arabic and English (Writing, Speaking and Listening)
Excellent quick typing skills
Excellent computer and relevant software literacy
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:
Human Resources background is preferable

- Manage JIRA backlog, user stories & tasks.
- Analyze system issues & identify root causes.
- Conduct post project evaluation & propose necessary enhancements.
- Provide the necessary support to the business teams.
- Analyze the current as-is process & recommend/ propose the to-be process.
- Generate the required reports from the system & perform the additional analysis.

Requirements:
- Degree in computer science or any related field.
- Experience in accounting and finance.
- 5+ overall experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset.
- Hands-on experience on using JIRA products.
- Hands-on experience on SAP ByD or any similar systems.
- Hands-on experience on Excel or any similar data analysis tool.
- Certification in accounting will be a big plus.
