*Your Role (Full Training Provided)*
We will provide full training to help you become a Sales Agent superstar of the trading world. Once trained, you will:
• Manage and grow client trading portfolios in a dynamic environment.
• Provide expert guidance on Forex, CFDs, Shares, Commodities, and Crypto.
• Execute sales and retention strategies to maximize client value.
• Analyse market trends to spot opportunities for your clients.

*What We Need from You*
• Experience: 2 years of proven sales experience (Car Sales, Insurance, Real Estate, or Client Retention).
• Mentality: A "Closer" mindset - you are driven by results, targets, and the refusal to be "average".
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Communication: Fluency in English is a must; French is a strong plus.
• Leadership: Managerial or team lead experience is a significant advantage.
