We’re Hiring: Procurement & Logistics Officer
Location: Jnah, Beirut
Star Stech Company is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Procurement & Logistics Officer to join our team in Jnah, Beirut.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage purchase requests and source reliable suppliers.
Collect, evaluate, and negotiate quotations.
Prepare and issue purchase orders (local and international).
Follow up on orders until shipment and final delivery.
Handle ERP data entry for procurement and shipment transactions.
Coordinate with freight forwarders for import and export documentation.
Monitor shipment schedules and track deliveries.
Resolve quality or technical issues with suppliers.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Procurement and Logistics (Mandatory).
Experience in ERP systems (Mandatory).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Fast learner with the ability to work under pressure.
