Job Title: Outdoor Sales Representatives – Across Lebanon
The Outdoor Sales Representative drives business growth by visiting and engaging customers in the field, promoting MiCare’s products, building long-term relationships, generating new leads, and achieving sales targets through face-to-face interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prospect and generate new leads within assigned territories.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Present products, conduct demos, and explain pricing and promotions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Follow up on leads to maximize conversions.
• Update CRM with sales activities and field visits.
• Coordinate inventory counts and liaise with internal teams for delivery and support.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Collect market feedback and report sales performance.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in outdoor/field sales or customer service.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven, outdoor environment.
