* Qualifying Leads: Identify pain points and qualify prospects based on their need for Dynamics 365 Business Central, F&O, or CE (CRM).
* Pitching Value: Clearly articulate the benefits of migrating to or optimizing Microsoft Cloud solutions.
* Appointment Setting: Schedule discovery calls for our Account Executives.
* CRM Management: Maintain meticulous records of all interactions and follow-ups within our internal CRM.
Shift Alignment: Must be available to work *US Eastern Time Zone (EST) business hours*.
Language Mastery: *Excellent English speaking* and writing skills.
Domain Expertise: Previous experience in the Technology/SaaS industry is required. Specifically, you must have a foundational understanding of Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem.
