Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Controller (QC) to oversee quality assurance activities across our production operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with food safety standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality policies.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and hygiene standards across production.
Conduct routine inspections and quality checks on raw materials, production processes, and finished products.
Ensure adherence to Lebanese regulations and Tanmia’s internal quality policies.
Document inspection results and prepare accurate quality reports.
Identify non-conformities and support corrective and preventive actions.
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to improve product quality and efficiency.
Support internal and external audits and certification requirements (ISO, HACCP, etc.).
Train and guide staff on quality, hygiene, and food safety procedures.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or a related field.
