Position Overview
We are seeking a Data Scientist with a solid foundation in statistics and strong proficiency in Python (or similar programming language) to join our dynamic Medical AI Development Department. The ideal candidate is analytical, self-driven, and passionate about using data to improve patient outcomes and healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and validate AI/ML models using large-scale healthcare datasets.
• Collaborate with medical domain experts to translate clinical requirements into data-driven solutions.
• Conduct rigorous statistical analysis and hypothesis testing to support product development.
• Preprocess, clean, and structure data from EHRs, claims systems, and clinical notes.
• Build dashboards, data pipelines, and tools to enable real-time insights and model feedback.
• Document findings and contribute to clinical validation protocols.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with large datasets in a data science or analytics role.
• Strong background in statistical modeling and machine learning.
• Proficiency in Python, with experience using libraries such as Pandas, Scikit-learn, NumPy, and Matplotlib.
• Experience with healthcare data (EHR, claims, CPT/ICD codes) is a plus.
• Familiarity with GCP cloud platform and version control (e.g., Git) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
