We are seeking a reliable and organized Store Keeper to join our team for a leading generator company. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the inventory and management of generator parts and supplies, ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and inspect incoming goods, ensuring that they meet the company’s quality standards.
Maintain an organized inventory of generator parts, tools, and other supplies.
Record and track inventory levels, ensuring stock levels are sufficient to meet the company’s needs.
Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely ordering of parts and materials.
Ensure proper storage and security of all goods in the warehouse.
Prepare inventory reports for management and assist with audits.
Assist in the preparation of deliveries to customers or job sites.
Ensure cleanliness and orderliness in the store and warehouse.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in storekeeping or inventory management, preferably in a related industry.
Knowledge of stock management and record-keeping systems.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with the team.
