Looking for Middle DevOps Engineer (2+ years experience)

Internal 4Ops Projects | Long-term collaboration

English- B2
High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills are a must.

💡Must have: experience with CI/CD, IaC (Terraform), and cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure)

⁃ 2+ years hands-on DevOps/SRE experience
⁃ Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, etc.)
⁃ Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Ansible
⁃ Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
⁃ Solid scripting: Python, Bash, or Go
⁃ Monitoring/logging: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.
⁃ Leadership potential or experience mentoring teams
⁃ Proactive mindset: automate everything that hurts
⁃ Strong team player, great under pressure

🧠 Nice to have:
⁃ Kubernetes
⁃ SRE mindset & incident response
⁃ Experience in high-availability / regulated environments
