Senior Python Engineer
About the Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Python Engineer in corporate research division that focuses on advanced technology development for applications across all our product lines including Automotive, Lifestyle (consumer), and Professional. Python Engineer will work closely with data scientists who develop products to improve lives of millions of people.
What You Will Do
•Collaborating with data scientists, AI Engineers and Research Engineers to improve processes and procedures for machine learning training and validation.
•Build infrastructure, framework, platform and tools that power our Machine Learning research including automated data collection, analysis and validation.
•Collaborate with other teams/groups in the organization. Close collaborations with DevOps and Data collection teams
What You Need
•Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science and/or SW Engineering
•5+ years of relevant experience
•Experience writing code in Python in a commercial or research setting.
•Experience using NumPy, SciPy and similar compute frameworks
•Experience working with cloud providers (AWS or GCP preferred).
•Experience working with large datasets, ideally containing images and videos.
•Experience working in a hybrid environment (on-premise, cloud).
•Knowledge of multithreading, multiprocessing, inter-process communications and synchronization mechanisms
•Performance optimization is a big plus
•Knowledge of algorithms, data structures
•Experience in software development using C/C++, JS, Bash is a plus
•Experience with CI tools such as Git, Jenkins, Jira
•Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•Ability to interpret and articulate analytical results
What is Nice to Have
•Familiarity with front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
•Familiarity with various testing tools
•Experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Distributed Computing
•Experience with practical data science or statistical analysis.
•Experience working on research in a commercial environment.

Группа разработки создает внутренние сервисы для автоматизации движения, обработки и распределенного хранения больших объемов данных.
Требования:
▪️Опыт работы от 3-х лет в должности системного администратора в крупных компаниях с территориально-распределенной структурой;
▪️Высокий уровень системного администрирование и траблшутинг серверных операционных систем Linux (Ubuntu,Centos)
▪️Виртуализация VMWare, Proxmox, KVM.
▪️Знания и практический опыт в области развертывания и обслуживания СУБД (Postgresql,mysql);
▪️Опыт проектирования и развертывания Active Directory, понимание архитектуры и схемы;
▪️Опыт проектирования и развертывания кластерных сетевых служб DNS,DHCP, Как windows так и Linux
▪️Знания технологий RAID;
▪️Опыт работы с сетевым оборудованием:DELL, MikroTik, Mellanox, HP; знание и понимание принципов работы сетей TCP/IP, маршрутизации, VLAN;
▪️Опыт работы с серверными платформами: Dell, Supermicro, IBM
