Growth without nourishment becomes exhaustion;
healing isn't learning to need less, but allowing care to exist.

My eyes flooded by listening this poem— don't know why 🤷🏼♂️
Maybe, a part of me is still waiting, tiredly
Or maybe my heart values it more than anything.
but anyway, this is what reassurance in relational love feels if the words act as a mirror.
also I've noticed something over time:
whenever I witness a woman in devotional love,
it feels like a different kind of strength —
quiet, grounding, unshakeable.
It's as if I'm watching the power of love itself,
not loud, not forceful,
just deeply present.
I don't know if I'm articulating it perfectly,
but it feels real.
Especially when reassurance comes in a feminine voice —
it lands differently.
It doesn't just comfort the mind,
it steadies the body.
Maybe, a part of me is still waiting, tiredly
Or maybe my heart values it more than anything.
but anyway, this is what reassurance in relational love feels if the words act as a mirror.

“He who can listen to the music in the midst of noise can achieve great things.”
— Vikram Sarabhai
Success needs calm focus and the ability to spot opportunity where others see only chaos.

Vikram Sarabhai has shown that calm focus amid confusion yields practical breakthroughs. He has urged scientists and citizens to hear deep purpose where others hear only chaos.
Without witnesses, identity destabilizes.
The mind asks: “Am I real?”
The soul asks: “Do I matter?”
The body does not argue.
It freezes.
That is why people swing between —
grand inner vision
and crushing doubt.
Not because the vision is fake.
But because it has no relational ground yet.
Being seen is not vanity.
It is regulation.
No one has played basketball with me.
Not even I am allowed to play with someone else.
I am all alone on its court.
Not even I am allowed to play with someone else.
I am all alone on its court.
Grief faced in exhaustion turns into trauma; grief faced with rest becomes release.
When I began to believe, the opportunity slipped away; when I felt I would lose, the color of victory appeared. When I learned to wipe my own tears, someone's shoulder came and became my support. And when I learned to hate, someone came and showed me love.
— Sophia Loren
