Haaretz: Israeli Soldiers Kill Civilians And Count Them As Terrorists

The report details how Israeli troops in the Netzarim Corridor kill anyone approaching them

Israeli soldiers stationed in the Netzarim Corridor in the Gaza Strip regularly shoot and kill Palestinian civilians but count them as “terrorists,” Haaretz reported on Wednesday , citing testimony from Israeli commanders and other soldiers.

The Netzarim Corridor is a strip of land that separates northern Gaza from central and southern Gaza, where Israeli troops have demolished virtually every building and established military outposts. The Haaretz report says the IDF has designated the area a “kill zone,” meaning any Palestinians who try to cross a certain line are shot and killed even if they’re unarmed.

“The forces in the field call it ‘the line of dead bodies,'” a commander in the IDF’s Division 252 told Haaretz . “After shootings, bodies are not collected, attracting packs of dogs who come to eat them. In Gaza, people know that wherever you see these dogs, that’s where you must not go.”

A recently discharged Division 252 officer said, “For the division, the kill zone extends as far as a sniper can see. We’re killing civilians there who are then counted as terrorists.”

The officer said Israeli units compete to see how many people they can kill. “The IDF spokesperson’s announcements about casualty numbers have turned this into a competition between units. If Division 99 kills 150 [people], the next unit aims for 200,” he said.

British Defense Minister Says UK Forces Could Be Sent To Ukraine For Training

Leaks have revealed there are a small number of British troops inside Ukraine helping fire Storm Shadow missiles

British Defense Minister John Healey has suggested that the UK could send troops to Ukraine for a training mission.

During a visit to Ukraine, Healey told The Times that the UK would work to improve its training of Ukrainian troops and wouldn’t rule out sending trainers to Ukraine.

“We [need to] make it easier to the Ukrainians to access and we [need to] work with the Ukrainians to help them motivate and mobilize more recruits,” Healey said.

When asked if that could involve sending troops to Ukraine, Healey said, “We will look wherever we can to respond to what the Ukrainians want. They are the ones fighting.”

Russia has repeatedly warned against Western countries sending troops to Ukraine for training purposes, saying any NATO soldiers would be legitimate targets of the Russian military. Leaks have revealed that British soldiers have been on the ground in Ukraine throughout the war, but they have been unofficial, covert deployments.

Turkiye Provides 'Air Support' To Extremists Violating Ceasefire In North Syria: SDF

The US-backed militia says it downed an advanced Turkish drone and has warned that Ankara is massing its troops near the Syrian border in preparation for a 'possible invasion'

The Kurdish Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) announced on 18 December that the Turkish-backed Syrian National Army (SNA) has continued to launch attacks on the city of Kobane and the strategic Tishreen Dam in northern Syria with air support from Ankara.

“Despite ongoing de-escalation efforts by the United States of America, the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries continued their attacks on numerous areas in the vicinity of Kobani, the Tishreen Dam, and Ain Issa yesterday and today,” the SDF said in a statement.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) confirmed that the SNA once more violated a US-mediated ceasefire agreement by launching a “surprise attack on [SDF positions] around the Tishreen Dam and Qaraqozak Bridge in eastern Aleppo countryside.”

“According to reliable SOHR sources, the attack was accompanied by intense aerial and ground bombardment in attempts to take control of Qaraqozak Bridge and Tishreen Dam, where a Turkish Bayraktar TB2 drone was shot down, and a Turkish radar vehicle was destroyed in the area by SDF,” the UK-based monitor reported on Wednesday.

🚨Pentagon Confirms 'Around 2,000' US Troops Deployed In Syria

Washington quietly doubled the official number of troops present inside Syria at an unspecified point before the fall of Damascus

Pentagon Press Secretary General Pat Ryder revealed on 19 December that the US has “around 2,000” troops deployed inside Syria, more than double the figure Washington has previously claimed to have inside the war-torn country.

“As you know, we have been briefing you regularly that there are approximately 900 US troops deployed to Syria. In light of the situation in Syria and teh significant interests, we recently learned that those numbers were higher,” Ryder told reporters on Thursday, adding that he “learned today there are approximately 2,000 US troops in Syria.”

Ryder goes on to reveal that the unannounced increase started before the fall of the Syrian government — without specifying a time frame — and that the deployment includes temporary forces for “shifting mission requirements."

The US illegally deployed troops in Syria in November 2015 to allegedly “prevent the return of ISIS.” This came just two months after Russia accepted the request of Damascus to provide air support to the Syrian army, Iranian special forces, and Hezbollah in their fight against ISIS forces who threatened to overrun the Syrian capital.

In the chaos that ensued, Washington and allied Kurdish militias seized control of Syria's resource-rich northeast, where the US army remains to this day and regularly loots Syrian resources.

The US Propaganda Machine Wishes to Play the ISIS Card to Justify Its Continued Illegal Occupation of Syria, as it plunders oilfields and starves the Syrian people..

The Business Insider article frames the US mission and priority in Syria to be in dealing with ISIS.

It is well documented that the US National Security Apparatus was intent on removing Assad before ISIS even existed.

A 2012 DOD intelligence report shows the intent to remove Assad before he was first accused of chemical weapons, which wouldn’t come until 2013 as I wrote in my 2019 article featured below.

The whole “We have to be in Syria to fight ISIS” (and that is why we are plundering the country’s exhaustible natural resources as the people live in poverty the US has largely contributed to, and still does through sanctions) is a bit convenient given that a 2012 intelligence report from the DOD reveals that the US *checks notes* predicted that funding the US funding the opposition to Assad, whom the report acknowledged was largely composed of *checks notes* Jihadi extremists including Al-Qaeda, would likely lead to an Islamic state, which “the supporting powers to the opposition”, identifed as the US, Turkey, and the Gulf nations, WANT….

And why did the US, Turkey, and Gulf nations want an Islamic to rise? To “isolate the Assad regime”… You can’t make this shit up.

And of course, the US funding these “moderate rebels” and flooding them with weapons would later lead to ISIS.

Syria's De Facto Ruler Says Foreign Extremists 'Deserve Syrian Citizenship'

Abu Mohammad al-Julani, a UN-designated terrorist, held a press conference in Damascus to speak with western media about the future of Syria

Abu Mohammad al-Julani, who now goes by his real name Ahmad al-Sharaa, the head of Hayat Tahir al-Sham (HTS) and Syria's new de facto ruler, has stated that foreign fighters who helped his organization topple the Syrian government may be allowed to receive Syrian citizenship.

Julani, the former Al-Qaeda commander and UN-designated terrorist, was asked during a press briefing in Damascus on 17 December about the status of foreign fighters who took part in the so-called Syrian revolution and who have now been present in Syria for many years,

Julani stated that foreign fighters who entered Syria for HTS to fight against the Syrian government were “part of the movement that led to the downfall of Assad and should be celebrated.”

As part of the US-backed covert war on the Syrian government, Islamic State of Iraq (later ISIS) leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi dispatched Julani and a group of extremist fighters from Iraq to Syria in August 2011 to establish the Nusra Front, the official Al-Qaeda branch in Syria.

Julani's organization carried out suicide bombing attacks in Damascus in December 2011 and January 2012 before announcing the existence of the group.

🚨BREAKING: Blasts Rock Kyiv As Missile Attack Targets Ukrainian Capital

Multiple explosions were reported in Kyiv early Friday as air defences intercepted missiles.

Fires broke out in the Holosiivskyi, Solomianskyi, Shevchenkivskyi, and Dnipro districts, with debris setting cars ablaze and damaging a construction site.
