Was October 7th Allowed to Happen To Further The Greater Israel Agenda? Did The Hannibal Directive Ever End?

Part 4 of The McGwire's series on Oct 7th, detailing developments along the narratives of an Israeli Intelligence Stand Down, The Hannibal Directive (which never ended), and The Greater Israel Agenda

Now the question is, since Israel and Hamas were BOTH preparing for “all-out war” in the months leading up to October 7th, as pointed out in Part 1…… WHY THE #%&$ WOULDN’T ISRAELI LEADERSHIP TAKE INTELLIGENCE INDICATING AN ATTACK SERIOUSLY…. let alone repeated intelligence from multiple sources, internally within the nation’s security forces, as well as externally (Egyptian and US intelligence as well).

Moreover……. WHY WOULD INTELLIGENCE OFFICERS AND OBSERVERS WARNING OF THE ATTACK BE THREATENED WITH COURT MARTIAL FOR DOING THEIR JOB PROPERLY AND WARNING OF THE ATTACK BASED OFF SUBSTANTIAL EVIDENCE AND ASSESSMENT?

Many dismiss talk of intelligence failure as simply a result of arrogance and hubris, which maybe would satisfy to potentially explain a dismissal of intelligence from one or two source, but..

When you have multiple internal and external intelligence sources repeatedly warning for a year an attack was being planned.. With internal intelligence providing detailed intel indicating why junior intelligence thought that an attack was on the horizon, with details of the training, and even the attack plans..

and those internal sources were threatened with court martial for continuing to warn despite prior warnings falling on deaf and dismissive ears..

It is hard to simply write off the intelligence failure as an incidental failure, a series of unfortunate coincidences.

Especially when in the months prior to October 7, Israel was already publicly integrating AI with their military in preparation for “all-out war”, and Hamas was threatening “all-out war”.

Why would contingencies and countermeasures NOT be put in place in the event the indications of an attack turned out to be true - even if senior leadership found it improbable?

So while Israel felt the need to prepare for “all-out war” by integrating AI with military equipment in July months before Oct 7th, WHY did Israeli leadership not feel the need to take seriously multiple intelligence officers and sources providing intelligence and warnings indicating an attack?

It is a simple question. And I cannot find anything but a simple answer. Israeli leadership wanted the attack to happen.

Ukraine Sent Aid To Syrian Rebels Shortly Before Their Offensive — The Washington Post

According to WP, in early November, Ukrainian intelligence sent 20 skilled drone operators and approximately 150 FPV drones to Idlib to support the rebel group Hayat Tahrir al-Sham.

WP columnist David Ignatius, citing sources, reports that aid from Ukraine played a modest role in undermining Assad's regime. It is noted that Kyiv’s goal was to deliver a covert blow to Russian operations abroad.

US Disburses $20 Billion Loan For Ukraine That Will Be Repaid Using Russian Assets

The step marks a significant escalation of the US economic war on Russia

On Tuesday, the US announced that it disbursed a $20 billion loan for Ukraine that will be paid back using interest earned on frozen Russian Central Bank assets, a step that marks an escalation of the Western economic war against Russia.

The $20 billion is part of a total $50 billion loan being provided by the Group of Seven (G7) nations. The entire loan will be paid back using the Russian assets.

“These funds — paid for by the windfall proceeds earned from Russia’s own immobilized assets — will provide Ukraine a critical infusion of support as it defends its country against an unprovoked war of aggression,” US Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen said in a statement.

“The $50 billion collectively being provided by the G7 through this initiative..."

...Providing Ukraine with aid using Russian assets will make a peace deal more difficult since Moscow will want reimbursement for the funds.

Saudi Arabia’s departure from the standard it was instrumental in creating could embolden other countries to follow suit. Likewise, as multiple countries bolster relations with Russia and China, and defy the US’s wishes and implicit or direct threats, this could embolden others to do the same in the future-dismantling US hegemony. We could be witnessing the fall of the US empire, and its reserve currency, coincided by the rise of an emerging power structure and world economic system in which BRICS nations rise as the new dominant power of the globe.

More than one year after the US imposed sanctions under the "Caesar Syria Civilian Protection Act", the UN reported an "800 per cent rise in food prices."

US officials saw this as a success.

Dana Stroul, a senior Pentagon official under Biden, explained in 2019 that the government-controlled areas where most Syrians live "is rubble." And through US control of "the international financial institutions and our cooperation with the Europeans", the US can "hold a line on preventing reconstruction aid and technical expertise from going back into Syria."

James Jeffrey, the former US envoy to Syria, later wrote that the US has “crushed the country’s economy through sanctions.” The US and allies helped “choke the regime’s economy through sanctions, holds on reconstruction assistance, and maritime interdiction.”

Andrew Tabler, another former senior US official for Syria policy, likewise boasted that US sanctions destroyed Syria’s currency, leading to “corresponding cuts in regime subsidies that have exacerbated fuel and food shortages for everyday Syrians.”

Ahead of Christmas in 2022, US official Joel Rayburn celebrated his success: Syria's "economy and state are collapsing", he declared, with "no fuel/electricity", "basic needs unaffordable," schools shuttered, and "people desperate."

People who opposed this economic warfare on ordinary civilians were called "Assadists." I think that supporters of this policy were, whether they knew it or not, sadists.

Israel Attacks Civilian Home In Northern Lebanon As Ceasefire Violations Spread — 12/10

Drones reported flying over southern Beirut

In the two weeks since the Israel-Lebanon ceasefire went into effect, Israel has launched an ever growing number of attacks against southern Lebanon . These attacks have killed dozens of people, mostly civilians. Until today, these violations have been almost exclusively along the southern border.

Overnight, Israel carried out an airstrike against a three-story civilian home in northern Lebanon’s Akkar Province.

The bomb didn’t explode as intended, and crashed unexploded into the building, causing considerable damage. Civilian homes were also destroyed in Israeli attacks further south...

All told, at least a dozen airstrikes have been reported against southern Lebanon towns and villages. There were reports of artillery strikes in the south as well. One person was confirmed to be killed on Tuesday, in the town of Bint Jbeil .

Since the “ceasefire” on November 27 Israel has directed roughly 160 attacks at towns and villages, mostly in Lebanon’s south. Now, in addition to the fear of these attacks worsening, locals are reporting that a number of drones have been seen flying at low altitude over the suburbs of the capital of Beirut. These suburbs were a popular target earlier in the war but haven’t seen any strikes for the past two weeks.

Lukashenko Says Belarus Is Hosting Dozens Of Russian Nuclear Weapons

The Belarusian leader says his country is preparing to host Russia's new Oreshnik missile, which was recently tested in Ukraine

Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko said on Tuesday that Belarus is hosting dozens of Russian nuclear weapons and is preparing to receive Russia’s new intermediate-range hypersonic ballistic missile, known as the Oreshnik.

“I have deployed nuclear warheads here. Several dozen warheads. Many say that this is a joke and no one has deployed anything. Yes, we did,” Lukashenko said, according to Russia’s TASS news agency.

“And the fact that they say that this is a joke means that they have missed it. They overlooked how we brought them here,” Lukashenko added, suggesting he believes Western intelligence agencies didn’t track the deployment.

Russian President Vladimir Putin first announced in 2023 that he would deploy nuclear weapons, a move he said was in response to Western provocations. He has compared the deployment to NATO’s nuclear sharing program, under which US nuclear warheads are deployed in Germany, the Netherlands, Italy, Belgium, and Turkey.

Belarus has received nuclear-capable Iskander missiles, and the Russian military helped upgrade Belarusian fighter jets so they could carry nuclear warheads.

Israeli Strikes On The Gaza Strip Kill At Least 29 More Palestinians

A strike in the northern town of Beit Lahia killed at least 20 people, and an attack in Gaza City killed a female journalist and her son

Israeli attacks on northern and central Gaza killed at least 29 Palestinians on Wednesday, Al Jazeera reported , citing medical sources in the Strip.

Gaza’s Health Ministry said in its daily update , which it puts out about mid-day Gaza time, that at least 19 were killed and 69 were wounded over the previous 24-hour period. The ministry only counts dead and wounded Palestinians who are brought to hospitals.

Israeli attacks on Wednesday included a strike on a residential building near the Kamal Adwan Hospital in Beit Lahia, northern Gaza, which has been under total siege as part of an ethnic cleansing campaign since early October. The attack killed at least 20 people, including women and children.

Moath Kahlout, a journalist reporting from the site, told Al Jazeera, “Due to a shortage of rescue teams, the neighbors are trying to pull the dead bodies from under the rubble.”

According to the Palestinian news agency WAFA , an Israeli attack on Gaza City killed a female journalist, Iman Al-Shanti, and her son. The strike, which hit a residential building, killed a total of five Palestinians.
