Are Palantir Technologies, Starlink, and other tech giants seizing the opportunity to test their products’ war applications on civilians in Gaza, turning the besieged strip into a proving ground for their technology?

In recent years, the intersection of technology and warfare has come under public fire, raising profound ethical and legal questions about state military use of advanced tech tools. Palantir’s integration in Israel

Companies like Palantir Technologies, led by CEO Alex Karp, have been implicated in enabling some of these atrocities. Its advanced data analytics and AI tools that supposedly provide “precision targeting” are mass-killing civilians and have transformed warfare into a calculated and systematic campaign of extermination with little human oversight.

Founded in 2003 by Karp and Peter Thiel, Palantir Technologies has grown from a secretive data analytics startup to a cornerstone of modern military and intelligence operations. Initially funded by the CIA’s venture capital arm, In-Q-Tel, Palantir’s tech products have become integral to numerous US government agencies, including the FBI, Department of Defense, and various police departments.

This deep entanglement with US intelligence and military bodies paved the way for Palantir’s strategic alignment with Israel.

One Week Ago: Israeli Strike on Gaza School Kills Dozens in Their Sleep

Rescue teams have recovered at least 32 bodies from the rubble of the destroyed school with more victims expected

An Israeli warplane bombed a UNRWA-affiliated school in Nuseirat Camp in Gaza early on 6 June, massacring dozens of Palestinians in the upper floors of the school as they slept, WAFA News Agency reported.

Thousands of Palestinians were sheltering in the school after being displaced from their homes amid Israel's seven-month military assault on the besieged enclave.

WAFA's correspondent reported on Thursday morning that medical and civil defense teams had recovered 32 bodies from the rubble of Al-Nusairat Preparatory School. The director of Gaza’s government media office later told told Reuters that at least 40 people were killed.

Ismail al-Thawabta, a spokesman for Gaza's Government Media Office, said “huge numbers of dead and wounded” were arriving at Al-Aqsa Hospital in central Gaza.

EU Plans Major Expansion of Mass Surveillance: Indiscriminate Data Collection, Device Monitoring, Encryption Backdoors, and Mandatory Data Sharing

The European Union (EU) is planning to implement a new set of draconian mass surveillance rules shortly after Sunday’s EU Parliament election, a member of the EP has warned after the plans surfaced on the internet.

The conclusion that radical surveillance measures are in the works proceeds from documents detailing the meetings of working groups, dubbed “high level group(s) on access to data for effective law enforcement.”

The documents originate from the EU Commission, and contain a number of recommendations, including reintroducing indiscriminate retention of communications data in the bloc, creation of encryption backdoors, as well as forcing hardware manufacturers to give access to anything from phones to cars to law enforcement through what is known as “access by design.”

UN To Place Israel on Blacklist Alongside ISIS, Al-Qaeda, Boko Haram: Report — Last Week

Israeli officials failed to lobby the UN against the move, which they describe as 'highly problematic' as it could lead to countries imposing an arms embargo on Tel Aviv

UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres is expected to include the Israeli army in the annual blacklist of countries and organizations harming children in conflict zones, according to reports in Israeli media.

Hebrew-language Channel 13 News reported late on 6 June that Guterres has informed Israeli army Defense Attaché in the US, Major General Hidai Zilberman, of his “final decision.”

Israel will reportedly appear on the blacklist to be published next week as part of a report distributed to UN Security Council members. A discussion on the report will take place on June 26.

According to Israeli daily Yedioth Ahronoth, Israel's “efforts to persuade Guterres to avoid this move have failed.”

“The current secretary-general is anti-Israel and can no longer be influenced,” unnamed Israeli officials told the Israeli daily last month, expressing concerns that the move was imminent. “Including Israel on the blacklist is highly problematic and could lead to countries imposing an arms embargo on Israel,” the sources added.

Nonetheless, the UN is not expected to explicitly mention Israel or the Israeli army but rather “Israeli security forces.”

The annual report, authored by UN Special Representative of the Secretary-General for Children and Armed Conflict Virginia Gamba, will cover all of 2023, with a notable increase in incidents due to Israel's campaign of genocide in Gaza.

Last year's blacklist included Afghanistan, Colombia, Congo, Iraq, Mali, Myanmar, Somalia, Sudan, Yemen, and Syria, along with extremist armed groups Al-Qaeda, ISIS, Al-Shabaab, and Boko Haram.

The Russian army was also included in the blacklist last year for “attacking Ukrainian schools and hospitals and transferring children from Ukraine to Russia.”

Guterres excluded Israel from the list in 2023 despite recording grave violations against 1,139 Palestinian children, including 54 killings

Israel Guilty of ‘Extermination, Torture, Sexual Violence’ in Gaza: UN Probe

The investigation also determined that Israeli leaders are responsible of 'weaponizing' starvation against Palestinians in Gaza and of 'instigating' a pattern of settler attacks in the occupied West Bank

The UN Independent International Commission of Inquiry (COI) on 12 June concluded that Israeli authorities are guilty of “war crimes and crimes against humanity” committed during the eight-month-long campaign of genocide in Gaza.

During its investigation, the COI found that Israeli authorities are responsible for "the war crimes of starvation as a method of warfare, murder or willful killing, intentionally directing attacks against civilians and civilian objects, forcible transfer, sexual violence, torture and inhuman or cruel treatment, arbitrary detention, and outrages upon personal dignity."

"The crimes against humanity of extermination, gender persecution targeting Palestinian men and boys, murder, [and] forcible transfer" were also committed, the commission found.

The COI was established by the UN Human Rights Council in 2021 to investigate widespread violations of international humanitarian and human rights law by Israel in the occupied Palestinian territories.

Wednesday's report details that the massive number of civilian casualties and destruction of civilian infrastructure in Gaza is "the inevitable result of a strategy undertaken with the intent to cause maximum damage, disregarding the principles of distinction, proportionality, and adequate precautions."

All the censorship in the world can’t hide that the West is failing

The elite of the US and the collective West cannot hide the fact that it is a declining empire that has been fleecing its taxpayers for decades to maintain and improve the lifestyles of the most wealthy.

“[Americans are] forced to each and every day walk outside their house, go to work, eat lunch on the street, in the drive to work, and go, ‘Wow, there's a lot of tents up here. Wow, that's a lot of trash. Wow, a lot of shuttered businesses. What is going on?’” explained the host of AM-Wake Up, Steve Poikonen, while on Sputnik’s The Critical Hour.

That wealth inequality is becoming so drastic that Americans have been seeing its effects for themselves, no analysis or news reports needed. As of December, chronic homelessness hit an all-time high in the US. In February, the collective credit card debt of Americans also reached an all-time high, surpassing $1.13 trillion.

The censorship is “about all [the elite] have, with a bunch of other histrionics and then whatever version of events they can manufacture to try to sell the story,” Poikonen said earlier. “But we see them fall apart in real-time, thanks to the legitimate independent media and as citizen journalists on the ground in places where things are happening.”

Fifty-five percent of Americans believe that the US economy is in a recession, despite a high stock market, low unemployment, a rising GDP and countless officials and articles and news reports telling Americans that they are wrong, the economy is actually doing great.

As of 2023, the top 10% financially in the US controlled 66.9% of the wealth, with the top 1% holding 30.6% of the wealth on its own. Meanwhile, the bottom 50% of the country held only 2.5% of wealth.

Kevin Spacey Admits To Flying With Jeffrey Epstein, Bill Clinton and a Group of ‘Young Girls’

Kevin Spacey has admitted that he once flew to Africa with Jeffrey Epstein, former President Bill Clinton and a group of “young girls”

However, he has continued to deny that he was ever “friends” with the controversial deceased sex offender.

The actor, 64, explained to Piers Morgan on his controversial Uncensored program that he met Epstein after Clinton invited him on an eight-day humanitarian trip to Africa in 2002.

“It was primarily to raise awareness and prevention for AIDS, and particularly for mothers who had HIV to get the medication they needed to not pass it onto their children, so I said yes, absolutely,” the actor claimed.

When flight log records for Epstein’s jet, which has been dubbed the “Lolita Express”, confirmed Spacey had been a passenger the actor at first denied having a connection to Epstein.

Spacey told Morgan: “I have since learned who he is and I have since been able to go back and find out that the airplane that we flew on for this humanitarian mission was owned by Jeffrey Epstein.”

He continued: “I didn’t know him. I have never spent any time with him. I was with the Clinton Foundation people, that’s who I was with.”

Pentagon Official Reveals Tantalizing Seven-Minute Encounter With Glowing Blue UFO - Which Emitted Enough Energy to ‘Power a Small City

A US Department of Defense contractor's tantalizing encounter with a giant, glowing UFO has sparked 10 years of research and two patents inspired by his encounter.

Three witnesses, including that Pentagon engineer, report that they captured electronic evidence of a 'barbell' UFO, half the length of a football field, that glowed an eerie 'indigo' blue.

The craft, they said, flew silently over an old logging road in southwestern Ontario, Canada, on August 28, 2013, near where the trio had camped for a hunting trip

DailyMail.com spoke with the case's first investigators, who shared electronic data from the contractor's attempt to film the object — showing 'white noise' pulses in the video that recur in one-second loops identical to strobing light from the UFO itself.

'The captured data of the event,' the witness reported, 'may be the first real physical proof of not just a craft flying, but that it flies by virtue of an incredibly complex and [...] powerful spinning electromagnetic propulsion system.'

The case was investigated by the same nanotechnology expert whose analysis of a 2007 mass UFO sighting in Texas became a centerpiece of the Steven Spielberg-produced UFO docuseries 'Encounters' last year on Netflix.

'Is there another 'barbell' case we've investigated like this?' that engineer, UFO investigator Robert Powell, told DailyMail.com of this rare case. 'No, it's the only one.'

Powell told DailyMail.com that UFO cases with this shape are so rare that only about '50 to 60 cases' exist 'throughout history.'

Powell, whose new book on UFOs has garnered praise from former Defense Department intelligence official Chris Mellon, personally visited the contractor's lab and worked with him on analyzing the eerie interference on his UFO video.

'He gave me a tour of the defense facility,' Powell said, who vetted the source's identity and biographical claims.

'There was a heavy duty commercial 3D printer in the lab and there were offices with three or four engineers that worked there beside him in that his building,' he noted.

The August 28, 2013 'barbell' UFO encounter itself, these witnesses said, began at around 9:40pm as they were returning to civilization from a black bear hunting expedition, a practice that is legal when done in season in Canada.

The defense contractor witness was seated in the back of Dodge 4x4 truck, with the two other witnesses in the front seat, as reported to Powell and his co-investigator, retired former police detective Phil Leech.

'We were roughly four-and-a-half or five miles from the main road, when I noted something over my shoulder,' continued the defense contractor, who wishes to remain anonymous to preserve his Defense Department business contacts.

Assange’s Extradition Appeal Hearing To Be Held Next Month

WikiLeaks is asking Americans to urge their representatives to support a resolution calling for charges against Assange to be dropped

A hearing for WikiLeaks’ founder Julian Assange to appeal his extradition to the US will be held next month on July 9 and July 10, British court officials announced on Tuesday.

Assange, an Australian citizen, has been granted the chance to appeal his extradition on the grounds that he may not have the same First Amendment protections as an American citizen.

Assange faces up to 175 years in prison and has been indicted with 17 counts under the Espionage Act and one charge for conspiracy to commit a computer intrusion for obtaining and publishing documents from a source, a standard journalistic practice. If he is convicted, it would have grave implications for press freedom in the US and around the world.

...WikiLeaks has been asking Americans to put pressure on the Biden administration to stop its pursuit of Assange by contacting their House representatives and telling them to support H.Res.934, a bill introduced by Rep. Paul Gosar (R-AZ) that calls for the US to drop the charges against Assange.

Last week, Rep. Pramila Jayapal (D-NY) became the 12th cosponsor of the legislation, demonstrating that the pressure is working.

The crucial decision to not renew the contract enables Saudi Arabia to sell oil and other goods in multiple currencies, including the Chinese RMB, Euros, Yen, and Yuan, instead of exclusively in US dollars. Additionally, the potential use of digital currencies like Bitcoin may also be considered.

This latest development signifies a major shift away from the petrodollar system established in 1972, when the US decoupled its currency from gold, and is anticipated to hasten the global shift away from the US dollar.

UN Finds at Least 14 Israelis Likely Intentionally Killed by Own Army on 7 October [Hannibal Directive]

At least 14 Israelis were likely intentionally killed by the Israeli army on 7 October as part of a protocol aimed at preventing capture, a new United Nations report has found.

The report by the UN Independent International Commission of Inquiry (COI) documented repeated uses of the so-called Hannibal Directive on 7 October as Israel was combatting Hamas fighters who entered southern Israel from Gaza.

The directive, when active, indicates that the Israeli army should use any and all means to prevent the capture of Israeli soldiers, even if it involves killing them.

Even though the secretive directive was officially and publicly revoked in 2016, several Israeli outlets have reported that the actions and rhetoric of the army during the Hamas-led attack imply it was re-activated in some form.

The COI said it had confirmed one statement by an Israeli security forces tank crew, "confirming that the crew had applied the Hannibal Directive by shooting at a vehicle which they suspected was transporting abducted [Israeli] soldiers".

It said it also had verified information indicating that, in at least two other cases, the security forces had likely applied the Hannibal Directive, resulting in the killing of up to 14 Israeli civilians.

"One woman was killed by [Israeli] helicopter fire while being abducted from Nir Oz to Gaza by militants," said the report, referring to one of the Kibbutzim from which people were abducted by Palestinian fighters.

"In another case the Commission found that Israeli tank fire killed some or all of the 13 civilian hostages held in a house in Beeri," it said, referring to another Kibbutz.
