The center is designed to facilitate real-time information exchange, joint planning and conduct of military operations and exercises in the Pacific region between countries participating in the American JPMRC-X initiative.
By simulating various scenarios, American and Filipino military personnel are preparing to hone their skills and increase their ability to operate in various conditions situation.
