In what they describe as an unprecedented exposure of Israeli senior officers, the Iranian hacker collective Handala has revealed the identities from the "Iran Desk" of Israel’s secret Unit 8200.
The officers are said to be based at a highly classified facility in Rosh HaAyin and are involved in surveillance, cyber espionage, and data driven intelligence programs.
"A significant portion of these officers are highly proficient in the Persian language and state-of-the-art technologies, directly responsible for operationalizing the next generation of security-focused AI, automating cyberattacks, and behavioral analytics targeting Iranian users."
Handala further claims the unit develops tools for psychological influence operations and infrastructure infiltration, framing it as central to Israel’s digital warfare strategy.

The Iranian Foreign Ministry said this week that the alleged US rescue mission in Iran could have been an attempt to steal enriched uranium
A US attempt to infiltrate one of Iran’s key nuclear sites in Isfahan was thwarted due to a “trap” laid by Iranian forces, according to information cited exclusively by Press TV on 7 April.
The report comes after Iranian officials said the US operation, framed as a rescue mission days ago, may have been an attempt to steal enriched uranium.
“The failed raid was carried out after the enemy conducted extensive aerial reconnaissance operations in the days leading up to the attack. The US and possibly the Zionist regime lost a significant number of aircraft, including at least one A-10 Thunderbolt II and two Black Hawk helicopters,” the report said.
“Zero Hour for the failed Isfahan operation was set during a secret meeting at the White House under the direct supervision of the US president himself,” the Iranian news outlet added. “This operation had no connection to the claimed rescue of a downed F-15 fighter pilot … The real objective was to infiltrate and attack one of Iran's nuclear facilities in Isfahan.”
“The landing site for C-130 transport aircraft, chosen based on previous reconnaissance, was an abandoned airstrip located dangerously close to one of these nuclear sites,” Press TV added.
Press TV went on to say that Iranian forces were waiting for US troops.
Iranian troops “initially did not show a serious reaction to the landing of the first C-130, which was carrying dozens of special forces commandos.” Once the second aircraft approached, Iran targeted it and forced it to make an emergency landing.
“The White House situation room made a critical decision: the main operation to infiltrate the nuclear site was changed into a desperate rescue operation for the dozens of US commandos trapped under Iranian fire,” the report explained. US jets managed to extract the trapped soldiers after heavy bombing, creating a 5-kilometer “line of fire" and destroying equipment to prevent Iranian forces from taking it.
The Press TV report comes a day after Iran’s Foreign Ministry made a statement saying that the operation to rescue a downed pilot may have been part of a deception to steal enriched uranium.
Iran's Foreign Ministry spokesman, Esmail Baghaei, said Monday that there were “many questions and uncertainties” about the operation.
“The possibility that this was a deception operation to steal enriched uranium should not be ignored at all,” said Baghaei.
He stated that the area where the airman was said to be found, in Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad Province, is a long way from the area where US forces attempted to land in central Iran.
Social media users and observers noted other discrepancies in Washington’s official story, including the fact that the airman had to climb a mountain to transmit his emergency signal.

India is “deeply concerned” about the recent Israeli massacre in Lebanon that killed at least 300 people, the Indian foreign ministry said on Friday.
"India has always emphasized the protection of civilians as the foremost priority. Observing international law, and respecting sovereignty and territorial integrity of states is essential," India's foreign ministry said in a statement.
India is “deeply concerned” about the recent Israeli massacre in Lebanon that killed at least 300 people, the Indian foreign ministry said on Friday.

FCC Set To "Supercharge" Starlink Space Internet With "Seven-fold More Capacity"
Federal Communications Commission Chairman Brendan Carr wrote on X that the agency will vote late this month on an order aimed at "supercharging" internet access by scrapping outdated power limits on satellite broadband, unlocking faster speeds, greater capacity, and more reliable service.
On April 30, the FCC will vote on " Modernizing Spectrum Sharing for Satellite Broadband ," which would "promote efficient spectrum sharing between geostationary and non-geostationary satellite systems" and, in the FCC's own words, would " unlock more than $32 billion in economic benefits for the American people and up to seven-fold more capacity for space-based broadband services ."
FCC explained more:
Drawing from the state-of-the-art in satellite technology, the FCC's new technical rules would revise the decades-old framework for how Geostationary Orbit (GSO) and Non-Geostationary Orbit (NGSO) systems share spectrum. That 1990s-era framework predates the revolutionary changes in spectrum sharing technology that have been developed in the decades since.
The FCC's new framework will enable faster speeds, lower costs, and greater reliability, representing another step to ensure that consumers benefit from competitive and affordable Internet options.

Federal Communications Commission Chairman Brendan Carr wrote on X that the agency will vote late this month on an order aimed at "supercharging" internet access by scrapping outdated power limits on satellite broadband, unlocking faster speeds, greater capacity, and more reliable service.
On April 30, the FCC will vote on " Modernizing Spectrum Sharing for Satellite Broadband ," which would "promote efficient spectrum sharing between geostationary and non-geostationary satellite systems" and, in the FCC's own words, would " unlock more than $32 billion in economic benefits for the American people and up to seven-fold more capacity for space-based broadband services ."
FCC explained more:
Drawing from the state-of-the-art in satellite technology, the FCC's new technical rules would revise the decades-old framework for how Geostationary Orbit (GSO) and Non-Geostationary Orbit (NGSO) systems share spectrum. That 1990s-era framework predates the revolutionary changes in spectrum sharing technology that have been developed in the decades since.
The FCC's new framework will enable faster speeds, lower costs, and greater reliability, representing another step to ensure that consumers benefit from competitive and affordable Internet options.

Israel's cabinet has secretly approved a record number of new Jewish settlements in the occupied Palestinian West Bank amid the war with Iran, Israeli media reported on 10 April.
According to the Times of Israel (TOI), Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's cabinet ratified 34 new settlements in a single decision several weeks ago.
Israeli settlements in the occupied West Bank are illegal under international law.
The decision puts the Israeli government on a course to surpass its own record for establishing settlements in a year. According to the Israeli activist group Peace Now, 54 settlements were approved by the Israeli government last year – an all-time high.
Sources told i24NEWS that the cabinet initially kept the decision classified. However, details were leaked on Thursday with approval from Israel's military censor.

❗️Turkiye & Syria boost central bank cooperation to spur trade
Turkiye and Syria are stepping up cooperation between their central banks, Trade Minister Omer Bolat said on Tuesday, noting that Syria’s central bank governor is set to meet with Turkish banking regulators.
Speaking at a business forum, Bolat said stronger banking links and the potential entry of Turkish lenders into Syria could support increased trade and industrial investment.
State-owned Ziraat Bank and private lender Aktifbank are both working to establish a presence in Syria, company officials said separately, with applications already submitted and operations expected to start in the near term.
Business leaders at the forum said that restoring banking services and addressing customs and logistics challenges would be essential to boosting bilateral trade.
