Leading Scientific Journal Publishes Fake AI Generated Paper About Rat With Giant Penis
🤡@COVID19Up: A leading scientific journal faces humiliation after it published a completely fake paper, purportedly written by Chinese researchers, which contained AI generated images of a rat with a penis bigger than its own body.
The Telegraph reports that the journal Frontiers in Cell and Development Biology published a paper that claimed to show the signaling pathway of sperm stem cells, but depicted a rat sitting upright with a massive dick and four giant testicles.
Remarkably, the paper found its way into the journal, where it was read by scientists who immediately recognised the images and descriptions were not grounded in “any known biology.”
The journal retracted the paper, issued an apology and announced that it is working to “correct the record.”

Nasser Hospital Rendered 'Completely Out Of Service'
Israeli forces turned the largest hospital in Khan Yunis into a military barracks while detaining health care workers
The Nasser Hospital has been put "completely out of service" after Israeli forces turned it into a military outpost and detained large numbers of health care workers there, a spokesperson for the Gaza Health Ministry stated on 18 February. The detentions come amid Israeli airstrikes that killed 60 people in Gaza in the past 24 hours.
The WHO also confirmed that the hospital is no longer functioning after being besieged for weeks and raided by the Israeli military.
Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, the Director-General of the World Health Organization (WHO), said that over the past two days Israeli forces have not allowed the WHO team to enter the hospital to assess the conditions of the 200 patients remaining there, including 20 who need to be urgently referred to other hospitals for treatment.
The Nasser Hospital is located in Khan Yunis in southern Gaza. Thousands of displaced Palestinians had taken shelter there and in other hospitals due to the ongoing Israeli bombing.

Florida Stands Alone Investigating What Really Happened During COVID-19
🇺🇸@COVID19Up: While Florida may currently stand alone in its investigation into the truth behind the US Covid response, it remains imperative that such efforts persist.
The actions of the grand jury, the integrity committee, the surgeon general, and the governor might provide only a spotlight on the systemic problems and corruption of U.S. public agencies. But it’s a necessary one.
The first grand jury report was prepared without the cooperation of the CDC, the FDA, and the DOD. The pressure to be involved simply wasn’t felt at the highest levels, so they ignored it, hoping it would get little attention from the press and the public.
Even if people of all political persuasions don’t want to hear the truth, and try to bury it, throw it into a volcano, or shoot it into the sun, it’s still the truth, waiting for a chance to be seen, heard, spoken, and believed once again.
There is obviously much more coming. The first grand jury report only touches on how the COVID-19 vaccines were promoted and authorized and mandates pushed by federal agencies, even for low-risk children without sufficient evidence of benefit. Subsequent work will likely address these failures in great detail.
Florida continues to stand alone in the investigation of the politicization and regulatory capture of federal agencies.

Last Chance for Julian Assange: Exclusive Interview With His Father, John Shipton
Julian Assange is one of the greatest journalists of all time.
He exposed inconvenient truths to the public and, in turn, threatened the interests of those in power.
For that, he is treated like a criminal, instead of the hero that he is.
In 2010, WikiLeaks published a secret cache of documents titled “Collateral Murder, 5 Apr 2010.” This included a gunsight video from an Apache helicopter showing the killing of civilians in Baghdad. As such, the U.S. government’s misleading statements about the event were exposed, extending to the Pentagon’s claim that the video didn’t even exist.
Assange’s release of Democratic National Committee (DNC) emails disrupted the 2016 presidential race, revealing internal bias against Bernie Sanders in favor of rigging the Democratic primary for Hillary Clinton. Contrary to claims of Russian hacking, the emails were leaked by a disgruntled DNC employee.
Assange’s final major revelation involved an illegal CIA spying program in 2017. Although WikiLeaks withheld certain details to protect American national security, this was a major embarrassment to the CIA.
As such, the establishment wants to get rid of the Julian Assange problem — for good.
Assange, an Australian citizen, faces charges of violating the US Espionage Act and the potential for a staggering 175-year prison sentence if convicted.
He is set to appear before two High Court judges in London on February 20-21, 2024, in what will likely be his final appeal against extradition to the United States.
This “may be the final chance for Julian Assange to prevent his extradition to the United States,” WikiLeaks warned.
His father, John Shipton, joins us with an exclusive interview.

Manufacturing Consent: The Border Fiasco and the “Smart Wall”
The political response to the crisis at the southern border continues to advance the bipartisan “smart wall,” having been backed by Trump and Biden alike. This bipartisan consensus reaches far beyond the US, as much of the world is similarly speeding along in implementing “digital borders.”
The disastrous situation at the US-Mexico border is, and has been, intentionally produced. Throughout the last several administrations, regardless of campaign and other public rhetoric, the porous nature of the border has remained unresolved. On several occasions, the situation as it has developed has been blamed largely on incompetence and government inefficiency. Though some administrations have been tougher than others in regards to terrestrial migration (under some metrics), the US-Mexico border has not been sealed off so to force entrants to cross through officially recognized and managed ports of entry.
Under the current administration, it has been pointedly obvious that even the sections of the border that do contain physical barriers are being dismantled on purpose, all the while illegal crossings have risen to unprecedented levels. Whatever the motives for this deliberate policy on the part of the Biden administration, the end result has been the widespread characterization of the crisis as an “invasion,” priming the voter bloc usually most concerned with border security – the American Right – for military-style “solutions.”
While the justifications for the frenzied media coverage are based on the actual reality that the border is indeed highly insecure (and has been for some time), the policy responses from American politicians reveal that there is a bipartisan consensus about what must be done. Tellingly, the same “solution” is also being quietly rolled out at all American ports of entry that are not currently being “overrun”, such as airports. That solution, of course, is biometric surveillance, enabled by AI, facial recognition/biometrics and autonomous devices.
....This “solution” is not just being implemented throughout the United States as an alleged means of thwarting migrants, it is also being rapidly implemented throughout the world in apparent lockstep. The reasons for the unspoken, but obvious, global consistency in implementing invasive, biometric surveillance is due to the fulfillment of global policy agendas, ratified by nearly every country in the world, that seek both to restrict the extent of people’s freedom of movement and to surveil people’s movements (and much, much more) through the global implementation of digital identity. Those policy agendas include mainly the UN’s Agenda 2030 or Sustainable Development Goals, specifically SDG 16, as well as Interpol’s Global Policing Goals.

Did the Leak of Alleged Russia National Security Threat Kill the Bill to Reform Warrantless Surveillance?
The contentious US surveillance program’s reauthorization faced a major setback over the last week. The US House Intelligence Committee (HPSCI) played a pivotal role in derailing the process, leading to a stalemate that hindered any progress before Congress’s focus shifts to the impending government shutdown in March.
Negotiations between opposing House committees unraveled on Wednesday when HPSCI members, instead of participating in a key meeting, chose to derail a pre-agreed plan for a “compromise” bill. This development came as a blow to months of efforts aimed at renewing Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA), a controversial intelligence tool that has, despite promises not to, has allowed the warrantless surveillance of US citizens.
This deadlock in Congress has left the intelligence community in disarray and pushed security advocates to defend surveillance practices, despite their acknowledged susceptibility to misuse.
Key insiders reveal that HPSCI leaders reneged on a privately negotiated deal after lengthy discussions. As reported by Wired, these sources, who requested anonymity, indicated that the collapse of the deal was due to an amendment proposal. This amendment aimed to stop the government from buying information from US companies without a warrant, focusing particularly on cell phone location data often used for tracking individuals.
HPSCI Chair Mike Turner was at the center of this upheaval.
Simultaneously, Turner and other HPSCI members attempted to rally votes against any privacy improvements by hinting at an “urgent” US threat, later identified as a potential Russian capability to deploy nuclear weapons in space.

X Launches Account Verification Based On Government ID, Partnered with Israeli Company Founded by Israeli Intelligence Agents - September Flashback
TechCrunch (9/15/23) — X, formerly Twitter, has launched government ID-based account verification for paid users to prevent impersonation and give them benefits such as “prioritized support.”
The social network has partnered with Israel-based Au10tix for identity verification solutions. The pop-up for ID verification indicates that the Au10tix could store this data for up to 30 days.
Al Jazeera (9/21/23) — Many X users were unhappy with the choice of the company to store user data, pointing out its employees’ links to Israeli intelligence. Others expressed their discomfort with giving a company their data when so many data breaches have been reported in the past.
AU10TIX helped to create the identity verification systems for airports and border controls in the 1980s and 90s before expanding, with the growth of the internet, into what it describes as “digital spaces” in 2002. It now boasts several high-profile clients such as Uber, PayPal and Google.
Elon Musk, who acquired Twitter in October 2022, appeared to have completed ID verification on August 1, suggesting that the ID verification system is already operational and could therefore appear publicly soon.
As many have pointed out, "Au10TIX was founded by former agents of Israel's Shin Bet general security service"

Devra Davis, a former senior adviser to the assistant secretary for Health in the Department of Health and Human Services, and the founder and president of Environmental Health Trust, asks why the NTP stopped their program for studying the impacts of EMFs?
"In a shocking reversal, the National Toxicology Program (NTP) of the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences has quietly disclosed that it will stop studying the biological or environmental impacts of cell phone radiofrequency radiation.
This decision comes despite results from the program’s carefully engineered and reviewed decade-long $30 million animal studies that found cancer, heart damage and DNA damage associated with exposure to cell phone radiofrequency radiation at levels comparable to those experienced by Americans today.
The sudden end of civilian government efforts to study potential health impacts of wireless radiation constitutes a glaring abdication of responsibility. In contrast, the U.S. Department of Defense continues to study this problem."

US Proposes UN Security Council Oppose Rafah Assault, Back Temporary Gaza Ceasefire
The United States has proposed an alternative draft United Nations Security Council resolution calling for a temporary ceasefire in the Israel-Hamas war and opposing a major Israeli ground offensive in Rafah in southern Gaza, according to the text seen by Reuters on Monday (Feb 19).
Washington has been averse to the word ceasefire in any U.N. action on the Israel-Hamas war, but the U.S. draft text echoes language that President Joe Biden said he used last week in conversations with Israel's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
The U.S. draft text "determines that under current circumstances a major ground offensive into Rafah would result in further harm to civilians and their further displacement including potentially into neighboring countries."
Israel plans to storm Rafah, where more than 1 million of the 2.3 million Palestinians in Gaza have sought shelter, prompting international concern that such a move would sharply worsen the humanitarian crisis in Gaza.
The draft U.S. resolution says such a move "would have serious implications for regional peace and security, and therefore underscores that such a major ground offensive should not proceed under current circumstances."
It was not immediately clear when or if the draft resolution would be put to a vote in the 15-member council. A resolution needs at least nine votes in favor and no vetoes by the United States, France, Britain, Russia or China to be adopted.

US Drafts Its Own Gaza UN Resolution After Threatening to Veto Ceasefire
The US is circulating its own Gaza-related UN Security Council resolution after threatening to veto one being drafted by Algeria that calls for a humanitarian ceasefire.
The new US version calls for the Security Council to express support for a “temporary ceasefire in Gaza as soon as practical, based on the formula of all hostages being released.”
The resolution essentially reaffirms the US position that it opposes a permanent ceasefire in Gaza and doesn’t want a temporary one without a hostage deal. But as things stand now, a hostage deal is far off as Qatar, which is mediating the talks, said the prospects of an agreement are “not very promising.”
The US resolution also warns Israel against launching an assault on Rafah under the current conditions. “The Security Council should underscore that such a major ground offensive should not proceed, under the current circumstances,” the resolution reads.
But the US warning is meaningless since the Biden administration is not considering imposing any consequences on Israel if it invades Rafah and is still providing unconditional military support.
